Loved the location. The beach was close, the bus stops were close, lots of great restaurants.

There is a building being constructed across the street and the noise was horrible. The location of your room can make or break your stay here. At first I was in room 305, which was a corner, it was so loud on both sides that I couldn't even hear the TV at full volume. They moved me to an inside room looking at the pool and it was so much better. If you can get a room facing the pool, then stay here but i wouldn't stay again if I had to stay in one of the corner units. Staff were all very friendly.

this was my 5th visit to this hotel, i was given the room 510 that i requested when i booked , they up dated alot of the plants around the pool, and decks while i was there, as well as some new chairs, and extra umbrellas at some of the tables.

since i was there for 7 weeks, i did ask if i could have a small refrigerator in my room, but said there were none available, but i knew they did, as i had spoken to a customer who, was there for only a few days, did get one, but perhaps they had taken one out of a room, that they hadnt rented out for that period.

I don’t think this property is ranked properly. First, all the staff is not only polite but very courteous. From the front desk to the house keeping, everyone is helpful and nice. Second, the property is kept clean, very clean as possible. People need to understand that it’s an older building but that should not be held against the property, since it’s a well kept older building. Lastly it’s not the Ritz, but it lacks in nothing, and for the price, you can’t go wrong.

Location, location, location. This hotel is right in the center of Zona Romántica, next to the clubs, the restaurants, the bars, street food vendors, boutiques. A couple of blocks from the farmer's market on saturdays. I had an amazing time, staff was always helpful and kind, with an authentic honest smile.

My stay was great

this was my 3rd time staying here, love the location, the staff are friendly, they were always working around the building doing spruce ups, and general maintenance. they cleaned the pool every morning i was there for 6 weeks, they were always cleaning the floors, my room was always well cleaned and little touches of like having the towels in a design, toilet paper roll with a cute paper fold.

Close to great restaurants, gay nightlife, and the beach. Nice hot water and pressure for a great shower. Super helpful staff. Definitely will stay here on future visits.

Can't expect a super quiet and spacious hotel from these awesome boutique hotels. Little noise , small room... No problem, Still a very comfortable. Stay.

Great location, with many restaurants and bars within 2 blocks and the beach about 5. Helpful, friendly staff. Nice little pool. Comfy beds. Good to have a fridge.

Location, it’s on the main road through PV and next to a cabaret bar, so rooms at the front are VERY noisy at all hours. Our first night in room 305 was hell - at the front, next to cabaret - avoid. Much quieter once we moved pool side.

great location, beautiful hacienda, staff were very kind and helped us out throughout the stay. pool was nice and clean.

our room was on the street-side, so it was a bit noisy, especially at night, but we got used to it after a couple nights. My husband used earplugs. wifi only worked in common areas, not in our room.

The Hotel is very modest for the price I paid, but the commodity of the location was good, very close to the gay commercial area(bars, discos, etc). On Related to the price is was high for the room, since it had no AC, and it may be hot in summer time. The Staff was very helpful and with great costumer service. I would stay there the next time if is winter time. There is no elevator, so get ready to go upstairs with luggage, etc.

Great value for your money . U have a small balcony. A fridge cable tv etc. The locatuon is unbeatable

No internet in the room ( 210) to many stairs. Water in the pool was litetally ice cold ! Couldnt even swim one day.
