The staff was wonderful and I can't say enough nice things about the property itself and the staff. Our room was beautiful and well-appointed, and we LOVED the spacious balcony with ocean views. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and expansive—beyond expectations.

We were very disappointed that we couldn't bring our food or drinks to the pool. However, the main disappointment about the property is its proximity to the VERY LOUD street that it faces. Even though we were on the 6th floor, the volume was a buzzkill when we sat on the balcony.

The location was super convenient, just steps away from all the restaurants, shops, and night life. The pool on the rooftop was phenomenal and offered amazing views of Puerto Vallarta. The staff was very helpful and kind. A great bonus was the gym, which was very clean and well-equipped.

We stayed on the 6th floor and, although we truly enjoyed seating in the terrace overlooking the city and the ocean, it faced the main road which is quite noisy both during the day and night. The bedroom facing the road was occupied by our kids which were able to mostly sleep through the noise, but it wouldn't work so well for a sensitive sleeper. The master bedroom was much more quiet though and very spacious and comfortable.

Location was perfect, everything was extremely clean. Pool is very large and beautiful views, I could swim in the pool for hours and time would fly by. Gym was incredible for being in an apartment complex. Beautiful views from the rooftop and the bedrooms.

Very strict. I didn’t like that you couldn’t bring your own water to the pool. Pricey restaurant but that’s okay, I would just get a snack and then leave to downtown for food and drinks. Design of the Building itself is confusing at first and did not make sense. The room facing the ocean was noisy but the room facing the hills was peaceful.

Gorgeous rooftop pool, amazingly helpful and responsive staff, views from unit were beyond amazing, so close to everything, very clean and daily cleaning was wonderful. Personalized greeting and tour around the unit was very helpful.

Noisier than expected, but could easily be fixed with sealing around the glass balcony doors that made a tight fit. Also, a minor inconvenience, but more electrical outlets close to the beds would be helpful. But these are super minor things for an overall excellent stay.

Our stay at this Airbnb unit was nothing fantastic - I highly recommend it! The attention to detail was great – from the comfy beds to the thoughtful amenities, every aspect of the unit was carefully curated to enhance our stay. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which made enjoying drinks and snacks on the gorgeous terrace a nightly highlight to enjoy the breathtaking sunset view. We also enjoyed the terrace each morning for coffee - we loved spending time there. The location was ideal and provided a perfect balance of tranquility and proximity to all the action. Everything was conveniently within reach, whether we were strolling along the streets to nearby bars and restaurants, heading to the vibrant beaches, or going out at night. No cabs/ubers needed! What truly set this Airbnb experience apart, though, was the exceptional hospitality of our hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering insider tips on the best local spots and activities. Check-in was smooth, they were responsive and It felt like we had a concierge service! We come to PV often and will certainly look to rent this unit again. 🌴☀️🌊

I didn't love needing to cross a busy street but eventually, I got used to it and figured out the right pathways to cross closer to town.

We love the rooftop pool and bar and their friendly staff. All apartments had great amenities.

We had to change the rooms three times because the AC did not work in the original apartment, the second unit was a downgraded view unit, and our third unit matched the original. We lost three days of our Vacation just moving around.

WOW the place looks better than the pictures. Beds and linens were comfortable nice quality. High end kitchen appliances and washer and dryer. The unit had everything we needed for our stay and it was spotless. The view from the terrace was unbelievable you could see the whole city and the bay. I was hoping to see some whales but whale season is over. The roof top pool is the biggest pool I have seen and the 360 degree views are breathtaking. The drinks in the rooftop bar were excellent, however the pool is not heated but the temperature was good for a hot day. I would definitely recommend this PH. I have stayed at other PH but this one outdoes the rest. You can tell the they have invested in good design and quality furnishings. Recommend 110%

My room was absolutely stunning! Two bathrooms and two bedrooms that are so large with a very comfortable bed and pillows, the tv had all the apps you could want… but the balcony view of my apartment was absolutely insane. I got to see all of the ocean and Puerto Vallarta. Then MY ALL TIME FAVORITE part of my stay was the most INSANE rooftop infinity pool that is out of this world. The views and lounge chairs and day beds are truly out of this world. If you want the most perfect photos on vacation, take them up here… SPECTACULAR! They have a bar you can order drinks from and the bartenders are so friendly.

Amazing modern property with the most beautiful infinity pool I have ever seen The service was excellent and cleanliness were outstanding. The rooms were enormous with gorgeous layout and complete apartment like feeling.

One thing: the noise. This could be solved if they used double pane sliding doors but it’s too noisy to consider returning unless they fix this. Unfortunately. Because everything else is beyond perfect

The facilities, location and views were hard to beat. We loved hanging by the pool and ordering snacks & drinks for a few hours each day, while also being in a great location to hit the beach or local restaurants for a change of scenery.

Power going out in the elevators on our last day was a real bummer especially being pregnant and on a high floor, stairs were not my friend.
