The hotel is relatively smaller in relation to those around the same area but they make up in every single way. Everything was amazing. I'll list my top things that I was observing: 1. The hotel is clean across the board, they are actively cleaning throughout the day - it invites to make use of the facilities as they have 2 pools ( one on the rooftop (medium size), and one by the lobby (really big pool)). 2. Friendly/attentive staff - everyone was incredibly caring and friendly, from the easy check in, bartender, waiter, guards, janitorial team, concierge, and security guard. All of them were super attentive throughout the entire stay, never pushy or expecting a tip. The carried the luggage to our room during check in, and loaded our luggage into our car during checkout. One of the friendliest staff I've encountered in recent trips 3. Parking - parking is free, only one entrance with one guard screening everyone in, and it's a roofed parking lot with a direct access to the elevator that leads to the rooms 4. Room service - 10-25 bucks for 3-4 dishes delivered to the room. Perfect when craving late night snacks as the service is 24/7. 5. Gym Equipment - it's common for hotels to have a very small gym space, but this one had 5 cardio machines, 3 weight machines, and 1 whole set of weights (from 2.5kg to 35kg) It was cleaned, well maintained, with A/C, and right beside the pool and bar, so right after a morning workout you could quickly jump into the pool and then grab something to eat. 6. Room is almost as accurate as advertised, if anything I found the room to be a lot bigger than I expected. You can easily fit your luggage, there is a small fridge, shower is massive, washroom is separated from the shower, there's a safe, a desk, high speed wifi that doesn't disconnect every 5 minutes, view was pretty, spacious balcony, good A/C, and a comfortable bed. Amazing place.

Hotel Mio Riviera Nayarit is a stylish, adults-only hotel in a very safe and beautiful area. Rooms are spacious, clean, and modern with dependable daily cleaning. The rooftop is a standout feature, offering a beautiful pool, multiple hot tubs, plenty of seating, and live DJs/musicians that add a fun, relaxing vibe.

The room doors aren’t well insulated, so hallway noise is noticeable, and the local dining and entertainment options aren’t as abundant as in Puerto Vallarta. The gym is decent, though there's no water station available.

The hotel is very new and modern. The restaurant makes creative dishes at very reasonable prices. The food is delicious. The rooftop pool and restaurant is an excellent place to hang out. Large potted plants and cabanas like seating or tables and chairs made the area nice.

The restaurant servers were not so attendant of customers. I always had to waive them down or yell across the room. But, this seemed to be the case in other restaurants around town, so maybe it's a cultural thing. The location is fairly remote and I needed a car. Otherwise, staying at the hotel was an option. I never found beach access and security chased me away when I tried to view and cut through the hard rock hotel a few blocks away, to access the beach.

Pool area was excellent and the room was lovely.

No in room coffee. They give you only one key, and if you want more it is done through a phone app. This was very inconvenient.

Beautiful and new! Love the roof pool and cabanas. View is great. Lots of electric outlets in room - great. Comfy bed. Nice big shower.

No signage!!!!!!! Please put up signage. No small face towels. This is a very big deal for me. I didn’t love that my view was of construction but I was only there one night so it was ok.

What a great hotel! The hotel has a fantastic staff and an awesome rooftop garden with beautiful pools and a hot tub. The bar and restaurant have great cocktails and food at reasonable prices. The public beach entrance is 1km away. Head right from the hotel and turn left on the second roundabout.

This place was sooo nice, especially for the price. Rooms were clean, hotel was modern, pool areas were beautiful. Good walking distance from shopping center. If you’re looking to stay in Nuevo Vallarta on a budget this place is it. The beds were comfortable and the shower was lovely, the tv was also very nice. We stayed here two different times and it was great both times

Nothing, was perfect.

Lovely hotel. Similar to its sister hotel south of the Airport. Newer, although poor build quality so it actually looks older. Rooftop is better though. More beds, more space, more pools.

Breakfast was average. Check out is actually 11am not 12 - don't be fooled!

Rooftop pool. Comfort of beds/pillows. Cleanliness of overall hotel. Price was great.

Beach access was a bit of a walk.

The location is perfect, it is new and clean, and the staff go above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable, happy, and safe! Rooftop pool is fantastic
