Great location and front desk staff super helpful

Parking lot isn’t so big. Restaurant area needs another layout and more staff because on weekend they run out of food twice and it took so long to refill. Also there were no water on the floors so we had to order for water bottles. Dirty dishes stayed overnight outside the elevator. Rooms are not soundproof and gym has no weights

The cleanliness of the room . Very clean rooms. Furniture and utensils such as coffee maker in good condition.

Recepción :Reception is not proactive and does not show the slightest interest in helping. I had a problem with the check-in time. On the booking form it was written that check-in would be at 12:00 pm and at reception I was told that I could only check in at 3:00 pm.I had told them in advance that I would be arriving at the hotel around 10 a.m. and I realized that this was not taken into account.

I like everything except my next room guest. He got out of his room and told me that I was on his spot on the balcony, which I guess is for everybody on the 5th floor.

The next room guest encountered me and his statement: "You need to put a pamphlet to let everybody on the five floors know that the balcony is for everybody on the five floors."

The pool was nice. Breakfast staff were amazing. They refilled items pretty quickly. The location was perfect. It was in the middle of all the paces we visited during our stay. The neighborhood was safe in my opinion.

Very good point! Close from everything, great rooms and great size, just somethings could be more clean. All great Staff. The breakfast you should have to go very early if not it’s complicated to have everything on the menu.

Great location, the best place to be, accessible to great shopping. Beautiful views. Great breakfast. Welcoming reception with a smile. Those smiles go a long way after a long trip. Keep them coming. Thank you.

The noise old AC unit. Please tell the cook to go a little easy on the salt that she or he puts in the food. Thank you.

Location, size of the room, bed comfort, little kitchen

Guests can be very noisy and security won’t do anything, breakfast service was slow and were missing cuttlery to eat. Check out slow I feel the hotel is too expensive for what it offers

Good location, very clean hotel, nice personnel, very helpful.

It is very isolated, nothing close to get even extra water.
