Excellent Stay After a Long Drive - Pet Friendly & Great Location! After a long drive in from the border, I was thrilled to find this hotel-pet-friendly with convenient valet parking right on the premises. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in smooth after a tiring journey. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, which was exactly what I needed to relax. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring Monterrey, with easy access to sightseeing spots. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers, especially those with pets. A fantastic stay overall-great service, comfort, and convenience!

Large, clean room with a comfortable bed. Great view. Good restaurant. Waiter Fernando was extremely polite, helpful, and has some facility with English. Good location. Lots within walking distance. Good resources for recharging computers and related equipment (USB ports available).

Would have liked to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

Room is exactly as in the pictures, beautiful, comfortable and with nice view. Nice decoration, excellent location near downtown, good services and tasty breakfast.

It took around 1 hour to do check-in and had to return twice to the lobby, first because the access card (key) wasn't working, and second one, because they gave us a room cheaper than what we paid for. At the end, luckily they solved everything, even there was a lot of people in the lobby.

Extremely accommodating and helpful staff. Very nice area with lots of access to nearby restaurants. Nice little gym. Lots of space for business meetings. One minute from large pedestrian and cultural areas.

The rooms are rundown (carpets shabby, for example) and showers are flawed in design, leaking onto bathroom floor. But overall no problems and a good price

Extraordinarily helpful management and staff. Large, floor to ceiling windows. My room had beautiful views of the mountain ranges around the city. Very close to touristic areas and the large pedestrian Avenue Quiet rooms

Towels were a little old, and we didn't have a lamp in one of our rooms

It was only for one night but it was pleasant. Everything is close and plenty to walk around shopping as well as food. Santa Lucia is walking distance that was great. Would stay again definitely

All was good, clean and good smell I love to have a safe box and plenty towels, valet is not a problem

Close to downtown, shopping, market.

Didn’t let you check in before 3 pm.. not even 2 minutes before , but they are knocking in your door 1/2 hour before checkout.
