- Well located in Monterrey. - Super friendly and helpful staff (I had an issue with booking and they did everything in their ability to help and it made my day). - Kitchen well equipped for self-catering. Drinking water available in the kitchen. - Clean facilities and common spaces, cleaned daily. - Hot showers with good pressure. - Medium sized Supermarket within 10-15 minutes. Cafes, bars and restaurants at your doorstep.

- One of the private rooms (room 4) doesn’t have a locker however you do have the ability to leave valuables with reception in a locker. - Limited space in the common areas to sit and chill besides the couch in reception otherwise your sitting on your bed. You either sit at the table in the kitchen or at the large table if you need a spot to sit.

I lived two different realities in that hostel. At night, a super friendly girl took care of me in the best way possible, I was impressed. But when I woke up in the morning, I lived another reality with two women who didn't have the same disposition or the same good vibes. I asked about things and they just rejected me indifferently. What I really can't believe is that they didn't have a phone to call a taxi and did nothing to get it. They were from Monterrey, not me. But anyway, the place is super nice and I don't want to complain about those things, right? Anyway, I already did it, ups!

The hostel is located on a quiet street in the historic part of Monterrey. I really liked all of the character that the hallways and rooms had thanks to their age. My room was extremely clean with very comfortable bedding. The amenities were exactly as described. I was extremely impressed by hospitality of the staff. I arrived sick from the heatwave, and they were incredibly gracious and accommodating of me throughout my two night stay. Check in and check out was very easy. The AC is a wall unit and worked great even in the extreme heat. The common kitchen was very clean, spacious, and well maintained. I did not use it a lot due to being sick. The building and neighborhood were not 100% quiet but I had no issues sleeping. It was a lot better than other places I have stayed in other historic city centers.

I would have liked extra toilet paper in the room. The door lock was challenging for some reason.

Hello world travelers. Since I arrived at the hostel, I have met very kind and respectful guests and staff. The bathrooms, for bathing, have hot water 24 hours a day and are very clean. The cleaning girls are very friendly and are cleaning all the time. Right here, you have laundry service at a very low cost. In addition, the kitchen is spacious and has a induction stove so you can save money on your food. The supermarkets are near. You have lockers, so you can store your belongings with a padlock. But what I liked the most, is that many of the guests, cleaning staff and reception staff shared their food with me, and with the foreigners you can go for a walk and have a friendly chat with them. By the way, if you work from home, don't worry, the internet has a very good signal. Regards travelers.

The location was great. Walking distance to most things and surrounding restaurants, cafes, museums, main shopping areas, farmers market etc, Catching an uber or taxi were also a cheap option available

I stayed in a an all female dorm room which was located next to the common area, this made it quite noisy at times. However it was on the ground floor so it was convenient.

The staff are the best super friendly and helpful and the cleanliness is first rate and every day is wash floors toilets super clean. Wonderful experience highly recommend and in the cool trending part of town city

The location is excellent in the older part of Monterrey. Many amazing restaurants are very close by and on Sunday there is a big market that has all kinds of interesting things for sale. GREAT PLACE!

I have no issues at all.

We loved the location and that the room had AC. It was extremely hot, so the AC kept the room cooler. The facilities were good. The staff were all lovely and knowledgable.

Overall, the hostel was clean. However, our room could've been a little bit cleaner and there were some repairs that needed to be made.

it's almost impossible to beat a 10/10, but it happened! this year's hostel stay wasn't even nicer than last year. a warm receptionist named Johnathan checked me in. even though we shared the front room, he was barely in there, so the room felt like it was mine. 2 outlets are at every bunk. there is no key for the front door for added security, but a pin pad. it was also the first time i used the stove and i met a friend every there i was there. wifi was perfect. best hostel in monterrey, hands down.

i think cold mornings like this one i'm writing the review damper the hostel effect - as half the hostel is outdoors. but it's usually very nice outside.

Location is fantastic, close to transport, sights, bars and restaurants. The kitchen is good with plenty of space and utensils. Shared areas kept clean. Staff were friendly.

Very little interaction. No information on area or things happening that we might have been interested in
