Confortable, clean, modern, pet friendly and great food! Excellent breakfast!

I arrived late at 10:30pm tired of driving and they doesn’t had my reservation.. I had to send to their email and then they can realized that I have the reservation on the booking portal. I think it would be better if they take a look to their booking portal frequently to avoid any delay.

the location of this hotel it’s suitable for people who enjoy waking. Most malls and plazas are pretty near by and you can get there by walking. The staff are pretty friendly and they have a nice buffet.

The day before we checked out, they didn’t cleaned our room. the beds where not made nor the restroom cleaned up.

It’s a very old and dated hotel. They’ve painted and repainted the ugly colors on the walls. Once we arrived to our floor we could smell how dusty it is and the a/c was off in the hall. The furniture in the room is old and kind of beat up. There’s no mini fridge or microwave in the room. Other hotels include them for a similar rate. The drainage in the shower backs up and the water sticks around while showering. The a/c unit is loud. In a nutshell, I wouldn’t stay here again nor recommend it to friends or family. It was a 1 night experience and that was enough.

One person of the front desk was not attentive to help with some questions. Courtesy is valuable for customers, and they are there to help and provide support.

I really like the location, it was just a little walking distance of the pabellón M. where I had my concert. Also in the room you had a microwave really convenient. When I arrive the hair dryer was not working so i call fot it to be replaced and i got a new one very fast.

But one thing I didn't like was the light it was poor just 2 lamps and very warm lights so it you had to do your make up you need to stand infront of the sink where is the only good lighting. also the water pressure in the shower was very poor.

Nice staff, location and clean

The room on the corner has an excellent view of the avenue and is very quiet, but the internet doesn't reach the room. 202 and I imagine in all the floors you should have the same problem. The stone top of the sink was broken, it didn't bother me, but I know my lady would have complain.

The size of the room was good and the beds were comfortable

There was screen in the building in front of my room that was annoying during the night that I wasn't able to cover with the curtains because they were poorly design.

Good hotel but the address is not correct in Booking, when I used maps the application moved me to incorrect location. Then I called the hotel to get the address and finally they give me correct address and after a hour I can arrived to hotel.

Easy location to get to with free parking for guest. Had a restaurant and bar inside. Staff was friendly. Was clean overall.

Only negative- Needed more towels for a family of five.

Location, Price, Front desk and Cafe

There is some construction going on in the front desk lobby, hence it was too noisy with the drilling. They could stop the construction at least during the peak check-in time of 3 PM
