Property was attached to the main road/highway which made places accessible. They offer valet parking and the staff is courteous and helpful. I really enjoyed the food as their chef was professional. Staff named Anthony was well versed in English and others were well trained too. Even though I do not speak Spanish, there wasn’t any problem in communicating with anyone at the hotel. Highly recommend it.

Although the rooms were clean but there’s scope for improvement. Room cleaning needs to be better and the complimentary bathroom vanity kit and others need to be replaced every time.

Property and staff were fantastic. The amenities are very good. Nicer than many household name American hotel brands in the US. Sebastián and the young lady with the short hair at the front desk were awesome.

Could’ve had a hair more attention to detail on cleaning in shower and rooms floor. If you’re on foot expect to walk 10-15 minutes minumum to anything, but still nicely located plus oxxo next door.

Super comfortable, clean, very friendly staff, prices fair, beautiful mountain view, quiet, good beds, decent gym and pool, underground comfortable parking! We will be back! Thanks to Cesar and Francisco at the restaurant, great service!

Very modern and comfortable hotel. All very well done, beds are super comfortable, all facilities perfect. Food in restaurant really really good, become addicted to their aguachile and guac 🤩

The service a bit too slow, they forgot sometimes if you requested smth or ask to bring room service. Check in was incredible slow and nobody pays attention to you. Also there was some construction drilling sounds on weekend morning.

The location is good which is easy to go anywhere shortly. The room is big and comfortable, gym and swimming pool is good too.

It shows a lot about massage, but there is no massage place in the hotel, you need to book 24 hours prior and they will send some people here.

We only stayed one night , not enough time to explore the entire place , we tried the restaurant , food was excellent , don't forget to try the margaritas and piña coladas ; service at valley parking great , stuff at front desk excellent and waiters top of the line .

Location was fine - not far from Arena Monterrey, shopping and river walk. Breakfast option were excellent. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Staff were amazing - couldn't do enough to help us.

Two of our 3 rooms were not services on the 2nd day but this was rectified quickly once management were made aware. No sugar, milk nor coffee stirrers were put in our rooms throughout our stay.

A well-maintained and stylish hotel. Rooftop pool terrace was amazing. We liked that you could choose separate beds. Good location.

The restaurant staff's English is surprisingly poor, but they are friendly. Breakfast is not that good.

The entire staff was friendly welcoming and always helpful.

Only complaint I had I voiced to the front desk at check out. That was that the curtain in our room did not meet the wall at the top so it dropped open in the corner and that was enough to let so much sunlight in at sunrise that we woke up far earlier than we wanted to a few days. I believe that can be fixed fairly easily.

It was in a perfect location because we were able to walk into town to shopping centers, vendors, food trucks, restaurants, etc.

Bar closed too early, we were suggested to order drinks as room service.
