I loved the facilities, it makes you feel in a very nice Mexican Hacienda, it is very spacious and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, although not queen size. Great location! across the street from Showcenter Complex.

The price I booked was not the same they charged, they charged me more. I asked the manager to review it and she said Booking.com made a mistake and I had to pay what they were charging me.

Everything! I totally recommend this hotel, and I can't wait to be back! Amazing customer service, since day one, we felt welcome! It's rare to find places that make you feel like that nowadays. From a person who works in customer service and management, I'm really impressed and satisfied with the experience.

The overall experience of the hotel is great. The hotel is very clean, big wide open spaces.

I had purchased the breakfast ahead of time, but once we arrived, there is a limited menu of what you can get based on the normal menu. The food was not good and limited options. That would be my suggestion to make it a better hotel.

The hotel is very comfy, very peaceful and quiet, you can really relax and feel at peace here

I was charged for the executive tower of the hotel, but when i got there the tower is under renovations, but i didnt get a refund on my charge.

This property was beautiful! It maintained a Mexican feel with the tile work, art, and paintings. The smell of the fresh flowers when you first walked in was a perk as well. The staff was super nice, and the area felt very safe. I was extremely nervous to go to Monterrey (I’ve never been before) but now I want to go back with my kids! The restaurant in the hotel was wonderful!!! but there are also lots of choices right across the street as well.

They tried to get our A/C fixed but it didn’t work. Our room was 23 to 24 degrees. They immediately sent someone when we asked, and it dropped one degree but it was still hot. I didn’t call them back a second time, but I’m certain they would have tried again to fix it.

Wonderful stay, everything was perfect! We will definitely be back. All staff was very nice and friendly. Beautiful hotel.

Staff is always great and helpful.

Facilities are getting dated. Needs a little renovation (rooms, carpets). Bones of the building are wonderful.

Next to fashion mall walking distance , Sunday brunch excellent

They charge for the coffee pods in your room, this should be included while staying at the hotel $6 per pod lols

The hotel was beautiful and smelled great. It was also across the street from a shopping center.

The hottub and shower were dirty.
