The hotel personnel are very helpful in answering guests' questions and giving tips about stores and services in Monterrey. A free hotel van is available to take guests to nearby stores or places of interest. The daily breakfast is pretty good, and with several entrees to choose from

The halls on the room floors need better and brighter lighting. It is time to replace that floor carpeting, too.

The location it’s great, breakfast awesome, I did not expect a good breakfast for the price, but it was awesome, the (guy) waiter near the bread and sandwich section it’s the best, really attentive, out of the staff him and the front desk lady with gray hair were the best. The cleaning lady on point. She need a raise. And yes am staying again there next year. I highly recommen the hotel

Need to work with valet staff. The young man handling our vehicle was mistreating as he was going to park. You’re not supposed to burn rubber on vehicles that are not yours. Also, we paid him $400 mx to wash our vehicle inside and out but did a horrible job. for the rate that he charged that car should’ve been spotless! We have never paid over $130 mx to clean our car in and out and received way better results. Besides that little issue, everything else is great. I do expect to return but will NOT be paying for a car wash again!

It does not have a business center, which is very necessary if you travel by business.

Restaurant service and food was very good.

The TV was quite small, limited space in the room. It is good to know the hotel is under renovation.

I liked that it has a pool, great location in San Pedro, comfortable rooms. The bar in the lobby was good.

Two of the three elevators weren’t working which made getting up and down to room slow. No mini bar fridge

The lady at the front desk Sylvia, was super helpful and speaks flawless English. She gave me some good restaurant tips also.

The location of the hotel is exceptional. It was a short uber ride. The price of the room was very affordable. I like the multiple options for room service and the morning chef was exceptional at making hotcakes and omelets.

I didn't know the hotel changed its rule to have plastics out of the room. I had to go to the bar to get paper cups. The size of the bed was reasonable. I'm a little taller than the average man. Maybe have some rooms with king-size beds.

I had to request more than twice to refill the shower gel and shampoo, because they were empty when I first arrived to the room. Curtains were very dusty
