The breakfast options are few but very delicious. Instead of having eggs and bacon/sausage separate, they cook a scrambled mix of it with peppers and it was so delicious that I ate seconds. The bed was so soft that I didn’t want to get out of it and the mountain view in the distance beyond the city was so nice in the morning.

We almost had an issue with my service dog but we worked things out and the stay was amazing. The cleaning lady walked in on me 2 times on checkout day which was uncomfortable but I was able to enjoy a late checkout. Overall I highly recommend the place if you don’t have a service animal.

The breakfast was good barrier tea of choices to eat, The location as well, the lobby it was good excellent above all the staff was very friendly and attentive, able to help me out with any inconvenience that I might’ve come across!!

Well, we had a little inconvenience with the parking. We got a little bit of confused with it, but at the end, it was OK One of the towels that I use in the bathroom for the shower, had a little bit of stain like make up.

The hotel staff was incredibly nice and helpful, it was all very clean and neat. The gym was small but had everything necessary. The location was good, but not great.

The breakfast options could have been more varied. The location could be better expressed to be in a great part of the city but remote for walking.

Great location, rooms are big and the breakfast had a lot of things to offer

The only thing is that they don't have disposable plates for you to grab breakfast and go back to your room, only thing for grab and go is bread & coffee, apart from that everything pretty good.

Breakfast was great. and it was there for HIURS....did not have to get up at 7:00 or 8:00 AM to get a good breakfast.

Parking in the basement: could use better visual aids like signs telling you where your section is for parking.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. All staff from Front Desk to Maintenance were very polite.

The front of the hotel is all glass, which is attractive. However, it was very cold. The dining room was cold as well.

Clean and comfortable

Parking was underground and not very ventilated. Exiting was not marked well. Breakfast didn’t look appetizing and eggs were with ham. Not very considerate.

We stayed approximately 5 days at this hotel. Our room consisted of double beds which were very comfortable. We surprisingly had a great view of the mountains. Breakfast is included with your stay and it is a buffet style. The breakfast was delicious and the wait staff was very welcoming. A shopping center is located behind the hotel which has a lot of small restaurants, refresqueria (snack shop), Gym, exotic pet store, and best of all a Starbucks! The hotel has a small gym, and it’s very clean. I would stay here again.

Actually, I can’t think of anything that would truly make it better. I really enjoyed the the selection of offerings.
