Good location close to City Market supermarket and shopping/restaurant mall. Very spacious room. Helpful and friendly staff.

NO coffee maker in room. Rugs in hall ways are old and look dirty. The ironing board in our room was broken and unusable.

Perfect site for my trip purpose.

The carpet is dirty and disgusting, my opinion need to be removed but that is my opinion. The restaurant they never have anything of whatever I request but the odor is nice.

Like that the restaurant had extended hours. Centrally located Clean & well keep

The pool(the oversize bathtub) left alot to be desire.. Could had been a little less in nprice

I traveled solo to Monterrey from the US and had a wonderful stay. The staff was incredibly kind and the room was clea. The hotel is quiet and the restaurant is great too.

That I got a ticket for parking in front of the hotel. Hotel guys told me I can park in the front and the next day I got a ticket

It is great located and comfortable

There were 2 cockroaches at the bedroom

Pillows need to be changed, the filling was like ping pong balls and not comfortable at all.

Most of the staff were friendly and respectful, it is located in a very safe zone of the city, the room was spacious, had a bathtub and the bed was really comfortable.

The pool definitely needed maintenance, it was full of insects and leaves, just didn't feel comfortable putting my head underwater. The room's window was small with a view to pipes, so not very nice.

Location is perfect! An bed really confortable.

The shower was broken, almost No water came out of the tap.

Excellent location, very friendly staff and they have the right price per night! I like it and I will come back!

The coffee offered is very weak “untaste”
