It was very clean and the staff very friendly… except for the omelette guy. It was a good location for us, because we had family nearby in Arboleda, a charming area of shops and restaurants.

There were no drawers in the room and the first night we only had towels for one. Took several days to get two washcloths without asking. The breakfast buffet was great, but not always real hot. They seemed to be short staffed, as tables weren’t always cleared. One day I had to ask two or three times to get someone at the omelette station.

2 of the staff at the reception a woman that I saw at arraving and when I was leaving she was not very nice, and spoked ruthly also wanted to charge me again for parking, she found the payment and a men I was doing the check in with him, while the phone ran and he picked up then I was ignored, so the ruth lady took over, I paid the first parking with her. and I thought the check in was done, but they did not do anythig . Later in the afternoon I came back to find out that they had me there for while waisting my time, Another yough and nice lady did my check in

The property is currently in renovation it it’s facade so You arrive to a sort of construction site. Inside they have a lobby where you check in. There was only one person and the system Was down. So we couldn.’t check in at 2:40… we went to get lunch. When we tried again at 5 they had just had a blackout and systems were gone again. So they gave us a room. And said they would send the keys later. Never happened. We had to go get them.

The rooms are spacious, modern. The bed is comfortable. It’s quiet. Nice shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The location is great.

The shower didn’t work very well. It took a long time to get the water body temperature. Also, even though we asked the cleaning lady for 2 coffee pods, she said she can only provide 1 regular and 1 decaf pod. She didn’t leave creamer.

The room was recently renovated and very nice! The mountain view was gorgeous. The staff were also helpful and speedy when we needed to add a cot to our room. Parking was easy in the shopping mall garage one floor below the lobby. When you validate the parking with the hotel, it's not too expensive - about $7 USD per night. They also let us leave our bags behind the front desk for several hours after we checked out and did not charge us anything extra for this!

Not too many complaints! It was a good hotel. When I made the booking, I thought the room would have four beds instead of two, but I think that was just me misunderstanding the website, not the hotel's fault. There was one issue - the door between the toilet and the rest of the bathroom in my room sat too low on its hinges, so that you could only open a little bit before it started to scrape against the floor tiles. Since the room had just been renovated, I'm guessing that one of their contractors didn't measure the door properly. Hopefully, they bring somebody in to rehang the door.

The hotel is remodeled, I had not stayed here for a while and I liked the new vibe, specially the lobby and the common areas. The location is great, right at the Paseo San Pedro mall with great stores and a food court.

The inside bathroom door did not close all the way.

Location and facilities. Housekeeping and the Guest Relations Manager Eva did an amazing job.

Front desk staff needs a bit more on how they manage requests and the information provided, also since they are renovating the installations water was shut down for several hours during the day.

The a/c was not working in my room. I had to call a couple times to get someone up to look at it. The got it working but would not say it was great. However, it was ok for one night.

All facilities were really clean and the location is a big yes.

I mentioned that I was expected to arrive around 11-12 am in order to get an early check-in but room was ready until 3pm, which is ok.
