From check-in to check-out, I was very impressed with City Plus. Parking was easy. Concierge was friendly, professional and considerate of my room specifications. Our room was comfortable, nice size and I didn't hear any outside noise. The hotel is located near upscale restaurants & bars as well. The breakfast served was very generous, didn't expect so many fresh options- major plus! There's so many great things to say about my stay. I will definitely be back when I visit Monterrey again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The cleanliness and comfort. Staff were very courteous and were doing their best while understaffed.

The breakfast area was full and there was only one person taking special orders, refillng trays of food, back and forth continously from the kitchen, etc. She just couldn't keep up and we went without several food items and napkins and plates for quite a while. You need more staff in the breafast area!!

The staff at the second hotel fulfilled their promise.

The staff at the first hotel where we arrived in error gave us the wrong address to a hotel where we were booked.

The hotel looks like is under construction and is dust all over the place. And is very dark at night time.
