i like the breakfast and the area is clean

they charge me more money I was supposed to pay 134.11 as it was advertised on booking.com and they sent me a bill for 154.27. I didn't like that, they tricked me and took my money, they put a price online and then they ended up charging me more.

The staff was very helpful. Our room was large with a frig and sitting area. We had a standard 2 queen bed room. The location is outstanding for access to the foothills and easy walking to several different dinning options including a very nice grocery store.

LOCATION

A littlr cleanliness, there were cockroaches in the room, and the breakfast servie was a bit slow, there was little menu and there were many people in the dinning room waiting.

Professional and very helpful front desk! Incredible hot breakfast every morning, shout out to the ladies! They also clean the rooms and pretty often with replacing the towels unlike other places I have been which doesn't do that in guise of Covid! They also offer free shuttle service in 10 km radius which was very convenient. Location is perfect for someone who is new and doesn't know Spanish. Walkable distance to the mall with food court behind the property and walk a bit further and cross the highway next to the mall you will find even bigger Liverpool mall. Lots of options for food around as well as shopping.

Stayed there in March, everything was excellent especially the staff. Was unable to make it this time for my art workshop this month of July but am looking forward to next time.

the hotel is very clean and the staff was very friendly. The bed and sheets are very nice. Very comfy and clean. Ac in the rooms was very cold.

there was no ac in the hallway or elevator. the ice machine only worked on the lobby floor.

Breakfast was good. Located in what seemed to be a nice part of town.

Towels were very scratchy. Only lobby and individual rooms were cooled, so hallways were extremely hot, muggy and uncomfortable.

The beds were great. The rooms were a good size. The location was perfect to where we had to go.

I didn’t like the front desk service. They were very slow at attending the guest. They did not keep a full stock of drinks or snacks to buy.
