17 years ago we honeymooned here and it’s grown a lot. Loved the swim out from room to bar with an oceanview! The entertainment was great, staff is friendly, food was amazing although we stayed on Seaside Suites side, we at at Palms everyday and enjoyed breakfast and lunch at the same restaurant (starts with an A)! Short walk to Palms side and shuttles running nonstop. Housekeeping did a great job, bar stayed stocked and turndown service was pleasant. The bedding was so comfy. Loved it all!

It took 1 hour and 12 minutes from Cancun airport doing a private shuttle which cost about $110 each way because I get carsick and didn’t want to ride the shuttle that makes multiple stops at other resorts along the way. It was well worth the money to pay for a private ride and get here 3 hours earlier! We chose a bad time of year because the seaweed was so bad across the coast. We were hoping to do some snorkeling but too much seaweed to get in and it was smelly. With that, this resort is “more inclusive” and did offer a snorkeling tour from their Marina location on a boat. It was an all day trip that we opted out of. We are looking forward to coming back during a time that seaweed isn’t a problem.

I love that the entire staff was very welcoming and friendly. From the time I arrived at the airport the meet and greet with Lomas transportation staff to my arrival at the hotel which I was greeted with cool hand towels to cool off. The check in went smoothly, no lines or waiting. The on property go-carts transportation was amazing with getting you around the different locations on the resort. The property was just beautiful.

There was nothing that I really disliked about the property, I just wish that the sewage smell was gone.

The resort was beautiful! I love how each floor had a swim-up pool. We had the honeymoon suite and the room was huge. I loved the bathroom. Everything was CLEAN! It was also my husband's birthday and they came in and decorated the bed saying happy birthday. I thought that was so sweet. The candlelight dinner was beautiful.

The only thing i did have an issue was that the drinks weren't strong at all. I wish i could have gotten my money's worth with the drinks. Other than that loved the place.

Everything was quite enjoyable. Pools, restaurants, bars, views were quite good. Every interaction with the staff was quite pleasant, they all were helpful and cheerful. We loved how clean it was. I am a big germaphob so I always clean anytime I stay anywhere. Their staff is on top of it. We also loved the "more inclusive ". Due to this we were able to make so many more memories without having the hassle of finding transportation. Activities like canoeing, paddleboard, snorkeling.. ..The staff were so friendly. We are definitely going back and are thinking about becoming members. We didn't get to do one of the presentations , but had the pleasure of meeting a few couples that were and shared their experiences. Lastly, we loved that they decorated our room for our anniversary and had soft music playing when we arrived to room after dinner.

We didn't like that were not able to walk right out to the beach from the seaside side. However the fact that the campus shuttles to you to adjacent resort with curbside service made up for it. Also the beds were not so comfortable to me but my husband was ok with it

The breakfast buffets were amazing! The food was surprisingly good overall. The views and the vibe were all spot on. The employees were all nice and helpful, and the included excursions were top notch.

The app didn't work terribly well and wasn't always up to date about what restaurants were open. It could have been simpler and more straightforward. The sargasso was a pain, but that's nothing that could be helped.

Great location with beautiful beach on the Palms side. Good meal choices. Staff were really hard working cleaning up the beach. The spa was wonderful. A little pricey, but worth it.

We never got in a pool because they were all really loud. The Suites pool in the afternoon is absolutely obnoxious. We weren't able to enjoy the pool outside of our room because of the noise.

I liked the rooms and when we moved to the 1st floor, We could walk out on our patio and into the pool straight to the pool bar. Beach fiesta and fire show was amazing

I booked 2 rooms but they did not put our rooms next door to each other. Food was mediocre except for the breakfast buffet and the beach fiesta. Beach was rocky and I cut up the bottoms of both feet the first day.

The resort was really nice with a number of pools which meant that it never felt crowded. Our room was comfortable and staff were really positive and helpful (apart from the odd occasion!).

Only a couple of small points like the gym could be colder and they could consider opening the pizza stand slightly earlier than 12.30 as an option for people who didn't eat breakfast.

The staff are so nice, the food and amenities are great for the price. I loved the swim out pool. Everyone loved the size of the campus - it was big so everyone had their own space to spread out but also not too big where it would be inconvenient to move around. Love this place!

Some of the tour options to Chichen Itza was not great.. really inconvenient it’s not a direct drive (had to stop and get dropped off on the side of the street for a transfer)
