The staff were friendly.

The restaurants for breakfast opens late. The resort need to have at coffee bar near the beach so that the guest can enjoy the sunrise with coffee with a great view

Food very good, both in the buffet restaurant as on the beach. Yoga and zumba on the beach. Compliments to Wendy! Painting by the pool was great too.

Mini bar not stocked up properly. No information provision at check-in about what the hotel offers. There is an App but this is really not enough. We missed a lot of things because we found out late about the App. The hotel was nearly full so the sunbeds on the beach were not sufficient for all. Need to wake up early :-)

Excellent swimming pool and entertainment. Buffet is amazing, super super! You can go to the center by walking, it’s safe.

Old rooms/bathroom and decoration, needs a urgent renewal. Bad lighting in the room. You need to go early to the swimming pool to have sun loungers, a lot of people just put the towel and go somewhere.

Hotel facilities are great; the jungle is excellent. Beach is beautiful and bar services around are very good.

Restaurants close early. You are not allowed to take food our of the restaurants. No snacks; impossible to have some drinks with snacks outside restaurants. Restaurants were already packed during my full stay the minute after I arrive to the hotel.

Great for children and families. Place is like a manicured zoo with several species of animals walking free. Easy access to pool and food. Good WiFi.

It’s huge and a little soulless. Food is okay but it’s essentially all a giant buffet with lukewarm wine and cheap beer. Staff is a bit varied in level of engagement, most are very professional but some are noticeably stressed. Rooms are good, nothing special. Not much to do here except to eat and play in the pool.

I love the property, it’s so pretty, and the wild creatures are amazing!

It’s starting to show its age, some of the tiles in the pools are coming off, other small things need repair.

The beach, photo service, food. Also we liked that a room key was built in a bracelet so there was no need to worry about it.

There was nothing in a hotel that we didn't like, but other vacationers who reserved beach beds and never used them.

The resort is stunning- animals everywhere (monkeys, coatis, agouti, monkeys, peacocks, iguanas), gorgeous plants, decor, and felt very open and not crowded at all. The food was also amazing- so many options, it would be impossible not to find something you like at each buffet and restaurant. The beach was beautiful (minus the seaweed- but we knew about this before and it is out of their control), and the proximity to Cozumel was perfect to go snorkeling one day. The staff at the hotel were all so nice and attentive.

It was advertised we would have two queen beds- but they were full size- so it was a tighter squeeze than we expected. The room was a bit hot for us (71 was the lowest it would go), but we made it work.

I loved the lush greenery, the presence of animals, and the close connection with nature. The staff seemed genuinely happy, and it showed in their demeanor, making the whole experience feel warm and wholesome. I also felt like I was getting a glimpse into their local culture, which made the stay even more special.

The air conditioning could be improved, especially in the rooms. It would also help to have better fans in the lobby, seating areas, and restaurants for more comfort. Additionally, more frequent cleaning of mossy areas would make the outdoor spaces feel fresher.

Green , lush premises with animals on the ground, monkeys visiting. Refillable drinking water bottles, the resort is dedicated to conservation, thank you! Beach is beautiful and clean. The room is spacious with coffee maker and a small fridge. A private balcony with lush , green views. Myan themed decor. Updated bathroom. Touch bracelet to open the door. Iberostar app to look up hrs for buffet, entertainment etc. Good wifi.

Our room 1550 was facing nextdoor resort which had outdoor pavilion with entertainment music blasting, echoing every night. Also, the leaf blower would pass nearby at 6 am! Waking us up. It is a bummer that resorts do not have green buffer between to muffle the human noise.
