Communication was excellent, all requests were managed professionally, timely, and complete. All staff - but especially Carlos and his brother - were professional, helpful, accommodating, kind and patient. The breakfast was good, wait staff, kitchen staff excellent - again very accommodating. The room was spotless, kudos to the cleaning staff. Excellent value for your money. Location to the nearest hospital was our need, but it was a reasonable walk to downtown.

The pool area and roof are good, just a little tired!

The room was big and comfy, very clean. We even had a balcony. The breakfast was sufficient too.

It was a bit too far from the main street. You have to cross the main road and walk for more than 25 min just to reach the beach or the bus station. When it is hot it is not the best thing to do. There was also a lot of noise coming from the highroad. When we saw the pool on the rooftop it seemed a bit dirty and abandoned. Maybe we didn't come at the right time.

The room for 5 people was spacious, and had two nice bathrooms. Sheets and towels were clean and organized daily. Showers worked to perfection. We rented a car and enjoyed the parking space. At night, we walked to 5th Ave or to the beach. My teen daughter and I enjoyed the pool on the roof; we will not forget the calmness of the star-covered sky. The Mexican breakfast options were great.

On arrival, we found a few hair strands in the shower and the room was super hot despite the fact the we had announced our arrival with precision, 9pm. The fifth bed was right below the A/C and made my first night unbearable; once I moved it a few inches, I slept much better.

Overall, everything is not bad, the breakfast is monotonous, not a buffet, but quite tasty. The staff is polite and helpful. There is a parking lot right in front of the hotel building. If the neighbors are noisy, then everything is heard. To the beach is about 30 min by walk

The room was comfortable, check in was simple and breakfast was very good. The location was not very aesthetic, with a large overpass nearby and some sort of electrical substation almost next door. The walk to the town centre was fairly short although it was very warm work even in the morning! We also liked the rooftop pool - the sign said it opened at 10am IIRC but we had a cheeky swim before breakfast and nobody told us off.

There was a bit of black mold in the shower which means someone needs to strip and re-do the sealant. It wasn't too bad but definitely not A+ experience. Also the walls generally needed a lick of paint, you could see scuff marks and maybe some food smears here and there. Don't let it put you off though, it's not that bad.

Breakfast was not rich but it was enough for a good start. Freshly prepared. Staff was very polite without speaking anything else than Spanish it was very easy for us to communicate. Room was clean and spacious. Parking spaces were available outside the hotel (at no charge). We arrived New Year Eve (family of four) and we even received an invitation for dinner with the personnel. We chose to have a walk around the city. Still, it was very nice

They were missing a few things like soap options, etc. We needed to ask for it. They did not also have hangers! How can you organize your stuff? We did not feel any danged outside the hotel and we walked late at night from downtown, however it is true that the area did not seem very nice and could give you a feeling of insecurity.

Good breakfast. Nice staff. Pool on the top roof. Almost center. 20-minute walk to the beach. Refrigerator in the room. Quite a big room. Close to shops.

No cups/glasses in the room.

The location is near the old downtown

There was no bottle of drinking water in the room and it is mandatory by the law. The room had views on a dirty street. The staff asked for a big commission for taxi booking There are no sockets near bed The room light was very low The bath is very small and old The staff is not friendly. It was my unique hotel problem that I had on my trip in Mexico

stuff is very friendly and nice. Atmospfere in hotel is warm and chill and rooms are big. it’s only 15 min walk on main road from the center

it’s small breakfast, you need to pay extra if you want more. bathroom in our room didn’t have proper wall, locks on balcony door and safe didn’t work properly

Huge room, we could dance in it :D Comfy bed, good "a la carte" breakfast from 7:30. Private parking (that gets full).

Far from the center/beach, it is a 20 minutes walk. You have to cross the road below the highway that is very busy. If you have a car you could try to use it to reach the beach but you risk not finding parking when you are back.
