I loved how clean and well appointed the studio is. It is modern and has everything one might need, in the kitchen especially. The studio is on the ground floor and has a cute little patio as well. The building is gated, therefore I felt quite safe -especially as a solo female traveler. The location works for me as well. It took me 15 minutes of walking from the ferry pier to arrive at the building. The studio is ideally located between all 4 major grocery stores (downtown Walmart, Super Aki, Chedraoui and Soriana), which are all about a 10 minute walk from the unit. Beach-wise, you can be there as quickly as 10 to 15 minutes (right by the ferry, off of Avenida Quinta) or 50 minutes to an hour of walking if you're shooting for less crowded places like Playa 88, Playa Esmeralda or Playa Palacar. Also, because the building is located a little bit away from the Zona Turistica, you have easy access to smaller Mom and Pop restaurants and stores where you can eat authentic Mexican fare (my rule is, the more locals patronize a place, the better the food) and catching a Colectivo is much easier also.

Great communication from the host, with clear instructions, directions, & even photos. The room is more like a mini-suite with a couch, a small kitchen (with a Real stove AND a microwave), a nice-size fridge, and a dining room table with 2 bench seats. It's like a studio apartment. And there's a really nice outdoor deck. Plus a hot local nightclub across the street, that's more real than the tourist spots! Great location, near the main strip, but also more quiet and with real local residents.

Everything was great. I have no complaints at all. I will be back!

I liked the location of the place, the easy way i got communication with my host for details on how to get the key and password for the wifi and the door.

The first day we reached, we reached a bit late in the night. The only minor thing is that there were only 2 towels the first night. It was until the other day that the lady took some more towels since we ere 4 friends. Then there was no soap to bath. Other that that the place was safe, secure and in a very good location

EVERYTHING! It’s super clean, all the residents are very respectful and quiet. Spacious, has huge courtyard and kitchen. Water pressure is nice and strong, hot water as well. AC works perfectly and host was amazingly kind and responded very well. I will book this place next time too.

Location, service, price. Fresh building with everything you need inside of your appartament. I love the rooftop pool. Property manager is very helpful and always ready to help. Great place!
