The room, facilities and location

I booked a taxi to pick me up from Cancun Airport. I asked whether they can book me a taxi and they said 'can'. Upon arrival, there was no taxi. When I rang the hotel, I was told there was no taxi booked. I checked with reception the next day and was told that 'can' does not mean that a taxi is booked. This is despite the fact that Booking.com confirming that they have spoken to the hotel to book me a taxi. I am very disappointed and is now hoping to get a compensation for the price difference I have to pay at midnight to get to the location.

The location is perfect. so close yhe beach and city center. the receptionists who work mornings are so kind and friendly... when we ask something about th city, they always answered our questions patiently. I can't say the same the resepsionist who works evenings. He always seems nervous. everything was so clear . Free coffee and water are always ready.

the bathroom has some problems about water dropped and flow from bathroom to the room. it was nit big deal, we solved with extra towels.

Perfect location close to beach, close to bars and close to walmart and one block away from park where you can find cool souvenirs made by local handcrafters, I have stayed here more than three times and found it to be a great option

I got a room with a balcony on street side and on weekends it was a lil noise as there were people walking back to their hotels from bars

Cosy, clean, large room. Almost luxury bathroom compared to other hotels of the same price. The balcony was nice! In the morning, coffee was served at the reception for free (although I only noticed it on the last morning because it was not mentioned).

The water in the toilet was really hot, I got sweaty when I went to the toilet, it was a bit weird. It was quite noisy in the evenings because of the music from the street.

There was the carnival party on the plaza right next to the hotel, so it was very loud but that's not the hotels fault. our room was facing towards the pool so it was okay inside. At least the roads around the hotel were closed for cars. Apart from that it was a pleasant, uncomplicated stay.

The location is close to Quinta Avenida but far enough to not hear all the noise and loud music (although the square close by can get a bit lovely /noisy, especially on weekends). The room is spacious and had a balcony, AC worked well, the shower was great. Free coffee available in the lobby + filtered water. Close to lots of restaurants and cafes.

Disappointing that breakfast is not available at the property. There is also no elevator so be prepared to take up luggage via stairs. Bed sheets were a bit worn. No refrigerator in the room and wasn’t sure how to work the safe/if it even worked.

Super convenient location, affordable, very comfortable bed, clean facilities, great hot running water, great AC, giant TV with Netflix.

Very noisy from outside bars and clubs until around midnight every night

Very good located close to the beach, park, city centre, restaurants, big supermarket, bus station, ferry: all on walking distance. Nice and helpful staff and good, regular cleaning. We loved the pool especially as our terrace bordered the pool. Room itself also fine. Fresh coffee in the morning and a water machine with cold and hot water.

It was difficult to set the temperature of the shower (water was hot though). Stone benches on the terrace are not very comfortable to sit on for a long time, pillows on them would be nice.

Great place to relax. The front desk staff were extraordinary and looked after my every need, including directions for food, etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel. And the bed was decent.

Quiet place close to the center. Basic, but clean and comfortable room. Coffee and tee at the reception.

Shower head could be better and there was no ventilation in the bathroom.
