Staff was super nice and helpful, room was very clean and the hotel is located in very convenient position: walking distance from ADO station and ferry to Cozumel, just few blocks away but in a more calm and quiet street. Wi-Fi worked great, I worked seamlessly.

Breakfast needs to be improved as well as the soundproofing of the structure, not because of the noise from the street but mostly for the one coming from common spaces and others rooms… Elevator was out of order but staff managed to move us on a lower floor in order to take fewer steps, much appreciated.

Location was very good. Patricia at the reception was very friendly and accommodating. There were multiple electrical outlets in the room.

No elevator. Breakfast wasn't available as advertised. The room lacked ventilation and it had really annoying non-stop noises, probably related to the pool above the room. The Tv remote didn't work and when it did momentarily, the TV didn't have any cable channels and internet apps did not work. The rooftop area looks abandoned and the pool seems to be for 1 person only.

I've stayed here once before and i believe it's the best hotel not on the beach. It's an amazing establishment and I feel very welcome by all the staff. It's amazing that you can stay so close to everything in such an amazing place for the incredible price. I'm almost afraid if I say all I love about it more people will visit and i might not be able to get a room in the future.

I really can't think of anything that they could do that would make my experience better. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is amazing. I guess I wouldn't mind having an option for tv in english, but i don't expect that when i visit.

Swimmingpool on roof really small, on photo looks bigger. One day we waited 1 hour before we could take breakfast. Received finally information about the bus terminal and waited there 1.5 hour. If we received correct information about other busterminal we were way faster. Staf of reception is friendly but seems to be a bit sleepy. They help you as fast as possible, but dont feels like they do it with passion or because they really like to help you.

The room was lovely, comfortable bed, great shower. Quiet and clean

The room was very dark and the blow dryer didn't work. Breakfast was at a restaurant around the corner. Twice we walked away because the staff didnt even acknowledge us waiting and waiting for a table.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Everything is within walking distance. The staff was always aware of problems and eager to help or provide solutions in a friendly manner. The room was always kept in good condition, clean and tidy.

The room had several problems with the water, it did not reach the toilet, shower... and it smelled bad. (It did not always happen but it happened on several occasions) As a recommendation it would be good to have water bottles for guests.

The staff was very friendly and allowed us to store our bags behind the desk as we arrived before check in time. Room was spacious and clean. Hot water, good WiFi. Rooftop had nice view, did not use the pool though.

Not the hotel’s fault, but the nightclub across the street was pumping loud music till 2am. Tough to have a good sleep.

Great location of the hotel, which allowed us to easily move around the city. The center, the beach, the ferry port were all close to us. The room was a decent size and well maintained by housekeeping during our stay.

We were clearly informed that the breakfast was simple, but we were still disappointed on the first day, so we didn't go again. We did not have a hair dryer in the room and we informed the reception staff about this. Unfortunately, nothing was done.

I just love this hotel, it's so close to everything and the staff is awesome. I've just never had a bad experience with them. They make my stays very comfortable and nice.

That is a tough one, i guess if i must find something that could use improvement it would be the pool. Kept cleaner and the glass around clean so you can see the city. It's still amazing as it is.

Very friendly staff and the hotel is located just 3 short blocks from the beach. Room was clean with nice tile shower.

Breakfast was average, just a sandwich and coffee. No juice or fruit. Elevator was not working and prevented use of the pool which is on the top floor.
