Hotel is close to several key points in Playa de Carmen. Rooms were spacious and had free parking. Breakfast was included in the stay.

No elevator.

For the money this is a great option. The staff was great to deal with. Breakfast at the attached restaurant was simple and sufficient. Perfect location close to everything, yet far enough away from party central (5th ave).

Pool was cloudy water, not clear/clean. Parking was not well organized. we had our car boxed in one day so couldn't get out. Rather than complain we walked to where we wanted to go, there is so much so close. Internet was sketchy at times.

The property was good and the breakfast and also the location was very good and near 5th avenue, unfortunately our last day a bag was missing from the room and we speak to the front desk and they said will ask to the cleaner but the bag didn’t appear, was personal items on it so I will reconsider staying because of the staff

We really liked this hotel. The room is large and plain but had two beds, table and chairs, etc plus a very functional closet with shelves. The bathroom was good. We liked the location near enough to the beach, and with all sorts of services and restaurants around us. The rooftop garden patio and pool were really fun! We enjoyed using it a lot. This room had a fridge, which was really helpful.

There was a balcony but the sliding door was broken and wouldn't slide. We finally put soap on the tracks and it worked fine from that point forward. Why the staff couldn't have done that?

The location was excellent. Checkin was quick. Staff was friendly. I needed a place for one night. Room was on main level and no balcony. If staying longer, a room with an outside balcony is recommended. It was your typical 2/3 hotel. Got it for a great price, so I got my moneys worth. Shower was good with good pressure and hot water. Did I say excellent location? Very close to 5th avenue, the beach and ADO bus station. Looks like a lovely pool on the rooftop that I did not avail of. Actually, no one was in the pool. Maybe it was the time of day.

For a longer stay, I would not recommend a ground floor room. No natural light and lots of foot traffic from inside the hotel.

I loved that your walking distance to the beach and the popular 5th Street and mall/shopping center. Your also surrounded by good restaurants and the Mercado is also just steps away. breakfast is included with the stay which is like having breakfast at home and nothing fancy but very yummy. and if you didn’t have time to get dolled up before your vacation, not to worry, there are a lot of places just a block away that you will find where to get a haircut your nails done or even your lashes installed at a very affordable price.  Thank you Gran SAHARA, for upgrading my room and for the hospitality I will definitely stay here again..

The staff was exceptional….Ishmael,Massimo,2 Alberto’s,and Alejandra were always pleasant and willing to assist with our minor problems. The staff at the restaurant were always pleasant and fun and enjoyed our attempts in Spanish.Perla had a great smile. Housekeeping was excellent.We give an A+ to all the employees.

There are always minor problems but the staff fixed all immediately.The rooftop deck with pool could be fixed up to be more versatile and attractive.Some nice new chairs,tables and umbrellas would help and say goodbye to the indoor outdoor green funky carpet and old plastic chairs.

breakfast its great, its just a restaurant in the near corner of the hotel, and was deliciuos, I also add some extras but very cheap, was amazing, location was very good just in the middel of playa and near the 5t avenue and bars, also staff was amazin with our help with the hot water issue.

The "Classico"was meager but excellent since I don't eat it at home-good bacon and eggs just right.

I wish the safes had working combination locks, I lost my first key and had to pay 500P to replace it. The staff was helpful and good humored though it was really a pain in the burro. OH,and the TV had only 2 volume setting,too low and TOO LOUD!-Room 39,check it out.

The card key wasn’t working very good to enter. The building. Took a while to get it to click open every time.
