Excellent location, super comfortable beds, amazing location. Can't beat this place if you are looking for a good location and a good nights sleep. The pool is nice for a dip after a day of activities but is a little small especially with others in it.

If you are not interested in being in a good location you might want to look further away from 5th Avenue as this can be noisy most evenings. This is not relevant to this hotel but the area in general.

The staff is super friendly -you can ask them for anything you need! The Beds are comfy & rooms are clean ..location is near to everything & its quite ok with the noises around (clubs & bars), pool at the rooftop almost always empty & clean but its just a small area

at first i got a room without a window at the very last floor & corner of the hotel i guess but it has been changed immediately by the nice lady at the reception as i couldnt stay in there cause of claustrophobia ..also it didnt had a fridge so you better make sure which room they have free if you need that during your trip cause my other room where i've been moved to had one & also a window!

First and foremost staff was awesome. Antonella was super friendly, welcoming and had great tips and recommendations to offer. Hotel itself has a great location as it’s a walking distance to all the top beach spots, restaurants, bars and night clubs. It’s modern, clean and cozy.

If I have to pick a point, it would be the noise from the street. It’s a very busy road, many restaurants and bars and it goes until early morning. I had no problem personally, but light sleepers could use some ear plugs.

This is place is so ideal in terms of location wise..if someone is traveller and wants something a bit modern then it's really good. I done alot of excursions and the pick up points is less than a minute. Perfect for me! Beach was around the corner. In the hot spot for food.

My first night was not good due to location of the room and hotel users being loud..my room got changed so was pleased with that..and no issues after that.

first night was terrible- we got a room on the ground floor that smelled really badly-when we checked in it was a smell of too much cleaning stuff on the floor but after we aired it, we found out that the room has overpowering musty smell. The manager moved us to the room upstairs for the second night and it made a world of difference.

All was really perfect instead the shower!

The shower in my first room was extremely cold. It never got warm. I changed the room but because of the balcony not the shower. But the shower in the second room was warm- I thought- but then it got hot. Too hot and never got warm or cold again.

The staff (mostly Antonella and Valentina) are very kind, helpful and always very nice. Very comfortable bed and good clean room. The location is very handy for 5th Avenue walking street (is located on the road parallel, 1 block up) and not too far from the ADO bus station. Lots of restaurants etc nearby. Very close to the sea.

Some guests are noisy when coming in late or leaving early for the beach. But that is just selfish people, and not the fault of the hotel.

Probably the best place we stayed in the whole trip, we finally had a room with window, what I missed the most about the most places, it was not smelling finally of humidity and drainage, AC was good, mini fridge for the first time, had a good night sleep. Can def recommend to stay here, our room was 423 👌🏻
