The location is amazing, just a block away from everything. It's also quiet at night and, since it's adults only, there's peace and it's possible to relax and enjoy the time in Playa del Carmen. Each room has it's own little terrace which is nice.

The pool chairs were always occupied. We couldn't get a spot even the days we arrived as early as 8 AM. People arrive early, drop their things on a chair and go for breakfast. Either get more chairs for all guests, or restrict the time per chair so everyone can enjoy the pool.

the staff at the bar is not really friendly so you don’t want to keep ordering. the chairs by the pool ate never cleaned and/or repositioned. the shower has a too powerful stream. i booked the spa and the steam room was jot working (no discounts), and you can’t go freely to the sauna or steam room. You have to do what the lady is telling you… $30 was too expensive. massages are too expensive and only 50min long

First of all, I want to give a huge thank you to the entire female team (and the gentlemen too!), everyone was incredibly kind, caring, and attentive to my needs. As a solo traveler, feeling safe and supported is absolutely essential when discovering a new country, and this team made me feel just that. Their warmth and genuine hospitality truly made all the difference during my 10 days stay. I’m so grateful for each and every one of them, and I honestly couldn’t recommend this place more! Not only is it run by amazing people, but the location is perfect, and the pool and the amazing cocktails are just the two cherries on top (yes we have twooo here). Don’t hesitate, this hotel is a gem in Playa del Carmen!

The pool is beautiful, the staff were really friendly, the spa was fantastic and I loved the breakfast buffet at the restaurant next door! Playa del Carmen is a bit chaotic, but the hotel was beautiful and calm. I'd definitely stay again or recommend to others.

My room was high up and was lovely, but if you had mobility issues it could be a bit tricky as the stairs are a bit uneven so ask for ground floor when booking if needed. However, the staff were lovely and brought my baggage up to the room and back down for me when I left.

The property was very well located with access to everything within walking distance. Staff was super friendly and we were always greeted with a friendly smile. We felt very safe. We also had a massage which was amazing and a great deal. We did a full packet that included a facial, exfoliation, sauna, massage and the tubs. We also got a cute drink and some fresh fruit after the massage which was not expected. My sister and I had the whole spa available to ourselves for 2 hours.

Overall, the experience was positive but I really hated that the bathroom didn’t have hot water and the water was super salty. Even the “hot tub” in the spa was just luke warm. I didn’t think to look for hot water as an offered amenity. In addition, the bathroom was pretty small (toilet and shower in one small room) and grimey. The water wasn’t reaching the drain and the drain was disgusting. There was a small window in the shower but when we opened it there was a ton of dirt on the screen. We loved the property (staff, pool in the middle, rooms were cute, safety, location) but between no hot water and the nasty shower I don’t think we will be back😭.

I was there during sargassum season so was so lovely to have a clean pool to cool off in after a day walking the streets. It was a great location for easy access to everything. A laundry just about 4 blocks down to do my washing. Easy access to walmart and to walking street with restaurants etc.

A little bit pricey but I did stay at a cheaper hotel in Playa del Carmen and it was terrible!!!! So this was a lovely upgrade for me and I was willing to pay the price.

The location is perfect, it is right across from Coco Bongo, but surprisingly, the noise didn’t reach our room, one night of our stay people were yelling after a show but that can't be helped. We chose to add breakfast to our stay and were glad we did. There was a wide variety of options to suit different tastes, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. The staff were friendly and very attentive, always making sure we had what we needed. Comfortable bed and very clean room

The staff and the location were more than perfect. I really cannot describe how polite and nice was everyone at this hotel. They are 10/10. The location was also perfect because you could walk to everywhere. There are restaurants, pubs, parking, supermarkets in a 1 minute walking distance. Also the breakfast was AMAZING!

What I didn’t like about the hotel were just 2 things. 1st one was the fact that the room was “old” and not 100% clean. You could see signs of mold and some dust. But nothing extreme, just a bit of both. The second thing that I didn’t like was the spa services, but this is just my personal opinion. In general everything was nice and the staff was 10 out of 10.

Great place—very central, but importantly, it’s quiet at night while still being close to all the restaurants, bars, clubs, and the amazing Playa del Carmen beach. The pool is clean and well-maintained, with just the right amount of chlorine. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The spa is nice, and the massage therapists are highly trained. I had a deep tissue massage, and it was incredible; my wife had a hot stones massage, which was great as well. It’s a lovely little hideaway amidst all the madness of the strip.

The staff was so helpful and responsive in everything, even in planning for my trip to Cozumel. The room was clean with all the amenties any travel may need. The location is perfect in the heart of Palya Del Carmen, minutes from the main shopping/food street and ADO bus station.

The staff recommended Martina beach-one of their 2 beach club partners- it is bit far 25 min walk. I tried their spa it was moderate and not worth the money.
