Great location very close to all action lots restaurants everywhere less than 10 min walk to beach even though we were kiddie corner to Coco Bongo it wasn't noisy at all slept fine beds were comfy nice rooms loved the roof top breakfast that was included it was awesome the staff was awesome vey friendly loved that they served fresh fruit with yogurt and granola for starters ❤️

I can't say i didn't like anything? We stayed 5 days wish we stayed longer it was our first time in Playa del Carmen we loved it so beautiful we can't wait to go back ! The staff here are amazing, so friendly and helpful. This is a great experience for our 1st time there. Thank you to all the amazing staff !

LOVED my room! This is a beautiful hotel that is close to the action without being in the middle of it. Nallely, at the front desk, was extremely helpful in answering any questions and always had a smile on her face. Her customer service skills were fantastic!

My only complaint is that the rooftop bar and dining area wasn't open. I stayed here two years ago and this was one of the many reasons I returned besides loving the beautiful hotel. Please consider opening up the bar and restaurant again even if it's limited hours. I will definitely be back!!

The hotel is at a great location, just 2 min walking from the 5th Avenue, still well protected from the noise. The room is huge and very nicely decorated. You have everything you need in the room: iron and iron board, hair dryer, bathrope, etc. The rooms indeed look like it is a 4* hotel.

The only thing I didnt like is that the staff is at the hotel only 9h-17h and there is a digital key if you arrive later. That gave me a sense of lack of security and I would feel much more comfortable if there was staff onsite 00-24. Also, I was present when a couple arrived, after 17h, and they had problems with the digital key. They were trying to call the contact number but nobody was picking up. That's not nice.

The location is great! took us some time to find the entrance and there wasn't a clear sign for the hotel. Its close to everything, and its one street parallel to the main tourist street, so its much more quite. Everything is new and clean. The staff was great. The first day we arrived, the elevator didn't work, so they gave us a 10% discount.

Breakfast is NOT in the hotel, you need to go few min. away to a different hotel and it was very basic. You have a set basic menu and anything else you need to pay for it. If you can, don't take the breakfast option, and go out every morning to have breakfast somewhere else. Even tough its not on the main tourist street, one of the nights we had a lot of noise from the street. But all in all, its very quite compared to the main street.

Extremely convenient and central location that is steps away from ADO Bus terminal for easy access to different towns and airport. One street behind is the famous 5th avenue where you can find the shops and areas where people hang out. Easy to access to many restaurants and cafes by walk. Hotel was new and well decorated. Rooms were wide with high ceilings, comfortable and clean. The view from terrace is amazing and great for a sunset or evening drink. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful to in and questions and requests. The area is a bit noisy due to Coco Bongo and other famous night clubs. Consider a different area if you are noise sensitive. We will definetely stay if we visit Playa del Carmen again. %100 recommended.

This hotel is one block away from 5th where all the people and shops are and it's right across the street from Scuba10 who I like to dive with. Nellie, manning the desk was a real pleasure. She took my bags up the elevator to my room and would not accept a tip! I really liked that there was someone inside who had to open the door to let you in. It felt very secure. The room was lovely with a balcony looking out at CocoBongo. Surprisingly, I only noticed a little loud music a couple of nights I was there. Loved having complete control over the AC which was not one of the noisy window types but rather came in from a central system. Important to me - I always had hot water for showers! A refrigerator and several glass cups was nice. Roof top little pool had a great view out to the ocean. Great place to stay!

The room I was in (203) could have used a bit more light. The free breakfast was a couple of buildings north and the elevator was broken. You had to climb five flights of stairs. Only had fruit, OJ, Mango, and coffee. Nothing worth climbing those stairs. Even the view was blocked by the building in front of it.

The communication with the front desk is very efficient. Jackie went above and beyond for me as there was a mix up in dates and she fixed the issue immediately and without question. She was wonderful ! The location is off 5th which is great because it's removed a bit from the the hustle and bustle . I was there for a quick overnight as I was up early the next day for the airport but the room was spacious , clean and a comfy bed.

The room was very comfortable and spacious and matched the photos. The shower is huge and the aircon worked great. Bed was comfortable and the Netflix connection was fast. It’s in a great location to everything. Felt very safe here.

The rooftop bar was totally closed up (it didn’t look like it opens at all), the door system needed a good internet connection which meant we had to get a SIM card. I had to do a bit of DIY plumbing to get the shower to drain properly.

Lovely place, spacious and comfortable, beautiful finishes and lovely lighting in room too. Close to everything. Smart TV in room with Netflix and YT premium. Staff is really helpful and nice. Would definitely come back. View from private rooftop is nice, I like that you can have a meal, go in the pool or lay down. AC cools the room really quick. Check in and check out were incredibly quick and easy.

Did not get a balcony on my suite haha. Bit of noise at night, but it did not affect my sleep significantly at all. Matter of fact what did affect my sleep were some guests who opened their doors at 7 am for everyone to hear their kids yelling at the top of their lungs, but that's not the hotel's fault. Just know it isn't adults only.

The hotel is new, modern clean, central and with all comforts but the added values are the girls at the reception who are super kind and helpful. A special thank to Jackie to her help, she pays a lot of attention to the guests and she provided us with a lot of advices.

All fine, the only small advice is to extend the opening time of the reception because some people may not understand that modern system of the self check in and keys, even if super easy.
