Male receptionist very helpful and kind. I arrived early before a room was available and whilst waiting on the rooftop he came all the way up to give me my room key. All facilities, room, bed and housekeeping were excellent. Very enjoyable stay for 11 nights.

Was shocked on departure to be presented with a photo of a stained towel by the girls on reception. I explained on one occasion the bath towel provided was stained and the hand towels were a little past their best. I was told I should have complained. Little did I know I was going to be accused of causing the stain! Be warned!

Exceptional service from all the staff they were super helpful and friendly. I really loved this hotel, my room had a view overlooking the main square so you could see all the pretty Christmas lights. The big surprise was that it had a kitchenette. Situated next to great coffee shops, restaurants and department stores it is in a very good location, and only a short walk to the main shopping strip, close to the beach, ferry service, water activities eg diving or snorkeling. it’s very new and has everything that a five star hotel would have!

Great, central location without being too loud. I liked the room; it was spacious and comfortable. The small kitchen is quite well-equipped, and everything worked as expected. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony, and the rooftop is also nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

A small note: I wish the kitchen included basics like salt, pepper, and oil. Making eggs or something similar for breakfast becomes cumbersome since you have to buy everything (and Mexican supermarkets are quite pricey considering local income levels). For swimmers: The pool appears larger in pictures than it is. About half of the pool is very shallow (around 30-40 cm) and not suitable for swimming. It would be nice to have more shaded areas on the rooftop.

The location is great - you are beside the bus station and the central square. Lots of streets around the hotel does great street food! I liked the rooftop pool and the beds were big and comfortable.

I feel like the hotel is not being properly maintained - the jacuzzi didn’t work and the water was smelly and stale - it looked like it needed a deep clean and a repair. Some of the lounge chairs on the rooftop pool area were broken. For a 4 star hotel, I expected there to be a bottle of water in my room for arrival - there wasn’t. The aircon in the room did not work properly.

It was quiet and clean. The room was spacious and the balcony was nice to have fresh air or relax. The hammocks on the rooftop are relaxing!

The pool was incredibly cold even for warm weather & the shower also was not very warm even on the max heat.

Location near everything but still peaceful and we got a good nights sleep, apartment really lovely fairly well equipped could use a few extra items to make it perfect.

Poor Wi-Fi so unable to watch TV in lounge, maintenance and resolution of issued raised could be better eg Wi-Fi, TV, electric points in kitchen not working, washing machine had water in the drum, poor water pressure to shower and kitchen, frying pan wobbly handle so could be dangerous if it breaks mid use. Really simple things which could be resolved and lead to even higher rating.

I enjoyed the close proximity to the bus terminal, the modern interior, and the high reviews in terms of cleanliness. It was walking friendly to many eateries and the beach. The a/c was great considering how hot it was, the drapes keep the sunlight out, it has a full service kitchenette, and the bed was comfortable; I also appreciated being able to sign in to my netflix account.

The hot water seemed to be turned off at a certain time or not working. Unless I kept the air ventilator going in the bathroom, there was a smell of sewage that would waft into the room. I had a bottom floor unit.

The staff were great, rooms clean and tidy, location fantastic for the main square and strip and the apartments were SO well set up if wanted to do self catering.

The property felt a little worn which considering the photos was a little sad - there were only 6 sunbeds and 3 were broken and there didn't seem any interest in fixing them. Comments in the check in document re if you stained towles/bedding you would be charged and yet my towels had marks as did the bedding. Otherwise though, it really was a fantastically set up hotel.

Great location, close to main shopping/restaurants area of town but still quiet at night.

The shower pressure wasn’t great

The location was nice. It was quiet and close enough to 5th avenue for a little walk. There were nice restaurants and even Walmart close by. There is also a little pop-up market near the hotel that we went to every night for snacks or a little shopping. We didn’t end up getting in the rooftop pool, but it looked really nice,albeit definitely smaller in real life than the photos.

The air conditioner in our room started leaking and they are placed right above the beds, but they were so great about getting us switched to a different upgraded room right away. The water pressure was just okay but that seems to be a pretty normal occurrence at a lot of places.
