We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was spacious, clean and nice. The kitchen had everything you need: refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, bowls, plates, glasses etc. The large bed and pillows were sooo nice, very very comfortable. SMART tv, dresser, safe. A small balcony with a mosquito net. The bathroom was beautiful, the shower was warm and had nice water pressure. Two small complimentary bottles of shampoo and conditioner, the products were lovely. The pool had a nice size and both shallow and deep water, so great for families. It is cleaned everyday. The housekeeping is great, the room is cleaned every other day and you can tell the reception which time suits you the best. The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful, easy check in. The hotel itself was beautiful with a cosy area by the pool and it is gated so it feels safe. Location was great, walking distance to Coco Bongo, 5th av, beach, a plaza, great restaurants, and right next to Circle K.

Internet connection was very poor even though the router was right outside our door. It kept disconnecting which made it impossible to watch a movie on the TV or just scroll your phone. It was not very soundproof, and the refrigerator was noisy. The room decor was very basic. The house keeper didn't restock the shampoo and conditioner (the small bottles were empty after two showers, and we stayed almost a week). We also saw a rat when we used the pool one evening.

This is a great place, an old-fashioned hacienda style with a lovely interior yard with a pool and lounges. Very clean, well-kept throughout. Suites are large, private enough, equipped with all you need fr a comfortable stay. Water pressure is absolutely excellent, which is something to be thoroughly appreciated in a place like Playa. Above all however I really appreciated and would like to thank all the excellent staff, the security lady, the reception folks and the housekeeping ladies who did an amazing job!! Only 2 things: wifi was dropping at times on a daily basis, which is not the best if you're working, just something to be aware of. But the more important issue I had was the bedroom windows missing blackout curtains or shades (could have at least used darker curtains). The bedroom curtains are very light and do not do anything to block the sun which gets in your face as of 6:30am..It was very difficult to sleep properly with all that sunlight getting thru. I had to improvise and cover my eyes and face with the bedsheets etc. This is a personal thing, though. I normally check beforehand if the windows have proper blackout coverings, I suppose I missed that detail this time. Apart from that, the place is wonderful.

The hotel was lovely and great location, only a short walk from the beach and from walmart. the pool was lovely. In the shade most of the time but nice and cool and refreshing dip after being at the beach all day. At first I stayed in a room on the second floor which was light and airy and very spacious. But the wifi was not great up there so I swapped rooms for a ground floor room. I also had a cockroach in my room which helped me decide to want to move. Reception said this was not normal and they would clean the room. Obviosuly it is mexico and there are cockroaches but I am from England and we do not get many of them so it did freak me out lol. However not a reason not to stay here again. the kitchen facilities were great, enough pots and pans to cook along with matches to light the stove and a coffee maker. There was also a microwave and washing up liquid and sponge which was great as did not need to buy these. The fridge freezer was very large and there was also ice trays in there which was very handy. I needed to print a few things out whilst I was here and the reception were very helpful and did this for me free of charge. The staff were all great and I highly recommend staying here.

The shower pressure could of been a bit better but you can't have everything!

Fabiola is only a few blocks from both the beaches and the pedestrian zone of Playa. That makes it fun. Yet it is far enough away to leave the craziness behind. And the pool was fantastic: on the ground floor, so it was always cool and refreshing. Finally, I have really commend the staff for friendly, professional service. When the door locked failed, the repair man was there in minutes. When the power failed, it was fixed by the time we returned from breakfast.

Fabiola is close to the Hotel Boutique Cache. They play loud music on their patio until the early hours. Being on the top floor of the Fabiola, we heard the music at night. Annoying, but not so loud as to prevent us from sleeping...

excellent spacious and nicely integrated appartment with smooth wifi (except for in the bedroom (too spacious and thick walls), but let's consider that a good point :-) ). excellent location!

in mexico, there always seem to be a noisy neighbour close enough to any hotel... the pool is freezing cold (January), you will prefer the beach the amount and quality of cutlery, plates and pot&pan is a disgrace (count on 2 items of anything, and a scratched pot or pan which you wouldn't want to use anyhow - for this price, a small effort could be made here). ah, and the evening shower was rather chilly, not warm

Beautiful hotel with a nice pool. It's in a great location just two blocks from 5th Ave. There is a municiple park across the street where they have street food and live music 6-10 on the weekends. The staff was very nice and helpful. The balcony is a great spot for morning coffee or people watching in the evenings.

There was a window that didn't latch in the bathroom, the faucet in the kitchen was loose and the bath sink faucet would shoot water out of the sink if one turn it on too fast.

Very spacious apartment with living room , small kitchen, good sized room. Large smart TV (probably 50"). Fans and a/cs in the living room as well as the bedroom. Large size comfortable bed. Allocated parking in front of the hotel. Good location. The famous Avenue 8 is 2 blocks away. The main park with Petras Maya is 15 mins walk. The front door is always locked with keys given to all residents. Small pool, 5 foot deep.

Reception is separate and not 24 hours. I think they open after 7am and close in the evening. Shower is not great but manageable

The accommodation was beautiful and spacious. We felt at home and it was a great place for my husband to work and still provide plenty of space for me to stretch out. Comfortable beds and sofa. We loved the living room with the full table/workspace. The staff was helpful, especially since we didn't speak much Spanish. They helped us navigate the area. This is a relaxing hotel with the common area where the pool is you will find beautiful plants and trees. Just writing this I am ready to go back.

The front desk is in a different area than your accommodation. It is only steps away but it's just different how you enter.

Super friendly and attentive staff. Terrific location, very secure and away from the craziness of the strip but close enough to walk to enjoy the beach and restaurants. The hotel reception folks will keep us coming back, the service was outstanding. The staff really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The garden and pools are lovely but darn I wish the jacuzzi had had hot water it was a bit chilly while we were there.

Everything the hospitality was great have good air-conditioning very clean. Everything worked as far as on utilities, restrooms, hot water, AC, even a stove pants glasses  plates a comfortable place to sleep night is very quiet. You can sleep real good and everything is around the Coner even a restaurant across the street and down the street we got a Mexican plaza with a lot of restaurants around and you can walk ppl in the hotel real nice help you with everything also hotel they give you towels for showers and towel for the swimming pool. I mean everything they got everything‘s real nice. Walmart few blocks down the street and the 5 Avenida also a lot of a lot of security, marine,soldiers,police patrolling the area, 24/7and they’ll take care of the tourists real good
