Everything about this place was fantastic! Beautiful facilities, good location, friendly staff, good breakfast, awesome pool spaces, comfy beds. We really enjoyed our stay here and wish we had been here the entire time we were in the region. Drinking water always available in the front desk area which is a huge plus.

Hard to think of anything. Near a plaza that got some noise at night but that would have been worse if we had been closer to the beach, but that's about it. Maybe the bar by the pool could accept credit cards or billing to the room.

We absolutely enjoyed our two weeks stay at La Pasion Colonial Hotel Boutique! We had a nice room with a great bed and small balcony. It was very clean and cosy. The hotel has several pools and jacuzzi's. There is a cute cat who likes to sleep on the sunbeds. The hotel staff was very friendly. There is unlimited free water, coffee and tea. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the restaurant next door. The location of the hotel is perfect, next to a lively square and several local restaurants. It's close to the beach, 5th Avenue and both ADO bus stations. Thank you for having us and we would definately like to come back!

Great location - good breakfast - excellent staff - great pools and jacuzzis on the lower level and excellent roof pool and jacuzzis - very close and convenient to everything! Definitely will stay here again!

The rooms are a little small, but it isn’t an issue. There is an external balcony and seats on the terraza.

The hotel offers a charming colonial atmosphere with thoughtful touches. It’s important to note that it’s not a 5-star all-inclusive resort, so manage your expectations accordingly. The location is fantastic, right in front of the lively Plaza 28 de Julio, surrounded by great spots for authentic Mexican food. It’s just a short walk to 5th Avenue, with small supermarkets nearby and Walmart and Aki a 10-minute walk away. The ADO bus station is just meters away, making it super convenient. There are three lovely swimming pools, and I’m not sure why some reviews complain about them,they’re great, just remember this isn’t a resort. The downside is the breakfast: it’s repetitive (some variety in the fruits would be great, bananas and mangos are abundant locally!) and the staff could be more organized, as mistakes and forgotten items seem common. Despite this, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I’d recommend it for its charm and excellent location.

Great location to stay on a budget. Staff was super friendly and kind. Our room was cleaned daily, which for us was a big plus.

The mattresses from the pool could be changed, because they look old and some of them had mold

The location was very convenient walking distance to everything and yet far enough from the noise at night. Many nice seatings within the hotel making it easy to hang out in a group (a family trip) The rooftop view jacuzzi and pool were a great way to relax after a beach day.

Our room was exposed on the street and just in front of a close building making it very difficult to keep the curtains open and get sunlight. You can still hear noise from other guests walking near by your room- the overall noise isolation was not great but we still managed to sleep properly. The room decoration is a bit oldish

My experience was amazing! I loved the staff! Excellent customer service. The front desk staff was exceptional, day and evening/night staff. I felt very safe at all times. Staff caters to their customers, well informed about the surrounding areas, just excellent! The hotel was clean, rooms were very large and very clean as well. AC worked well, I had a room with a balcony view to the city-centro. The hotel is perfect for a romantic get away or just to be by yourself and relax. Breakfast is provided with extra fee, and it was also excellent! I would definitely go back because of their excellent customer service, the nice relaxing atmosphere and because it's very cute!! Spacious room with a large comfy bed, spacious bathroom with loads of wardrobe space. Swimming pool and common areas are very charming and the whole location is very peaceful, even if you are just 5mins walk from any kind of action. Very easy to walk everywhere, and with the ADO Terminal Alterna at 2mins walk, which can take you anywhere, from other locations to Cancun airport

While the bed linens (white ones, i.e. sheets and pillow cases) were clean, other fabrics were not, with noticeable stains on the bed cover and the curtain that goes over the bed. The towels for the bathroom were also quite on the small side.

We really liked this place. Bed was comfortable. Three swimming pools and a hot tub with plenty of beds around them. You get pool towels and you can actually take them to the beach as well. Many common areas to sit in. Breakfast in the adjacent restaurant was included. Purified cold and hot drinking water available 24 hours near the reception with coffee and tea. Location was great, just two blocks from one of the bus stations and only a couple of blocks walking to the beach and the town's center.

The toilet bowl was in a very strange position facing the glass wall of the shower. You need to be an acrobat to sit straight on it. And if you are tall and have long legs, you would not be able to use it at all. Water coming out of the shower glass door. Room is very small. Tiny terrace. The areas around the pools were poorly maintained and could use a good clean up. They say there is an elevator and there are actually two of them but they are not working.
