Wifi enough good, bed a bit hard for me, no soft bed, very good position if u like to stay in the center, staff friendly, beach very close to the hotel and in general good point from where to visit the center of plays del carmen, interior room are noise safe but room on the street different situation cause the noise outside till 3 am, good structure in any case, possible I will come back.

Cucaracha (animal ) on my bed, best cleaning of ceiling lamp is suggested, i didn t like to wait more than 20 min for breakfast, totally to re organize this service for hotel customers. People cannot wait so much in the morning, make the restaurant available for hotel cust only in the morning.

Staff were the nicest and so helpful. Loved the breakfast! Cleaning lady so sweet! Loved the big room w balcony.

NO hot water during the entire week! 😫WIFI never worked in my room. This I mentioned a few times.. Bed too soft.

The location was very central. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

We arrived 1 hour before check in and they wanted us to store our luggage foe 100 pesos for the hour. We refused and sat and waited in the lobby only to find out at time of checkin our room had been ready all that time. This was our 7th hotel on this trip and the first that wanted money for storing our luggage.

Cucaracha on my bed falling from the lamp neon ceiling, too much time waiting for breakfast , restaurant should be available for hotel cust only, not external people in the morning,.no possible to sit on stairs for 20 min before to be able to sit on a table

Bed too soft for my taste, and terrible WIFI. Couldn't use my pc at all.

The Room size and the location. We didn’t hear the bar noise from Quinta Avenida. You can get friendly budget authentic Mexican meals at The Mercado behind the hotel.

There were remodeling the kitchen while I was there. Nothing else wrong with the property.

amazing and lovely staff! they remembered me and helped with anything I needed! the bed was comfy. the breakfast was high quality home-cooked eggs and toast and orange juice and coffee/tea! the AC had variable settings for whatever we needed. the shower temperature was great.

my first room had Wi-Fi reach problems the made my video call online lessons impossible, but the team at the front desk communicated with each other to resolve it for me and place me in a better spot and fix the internet. I was very happy with them!

Location is great. Close to the action.

The receptionist who knew me after having been a relatively longtime guest, didn't smile or wasn't friendly as I checked out after all the time I spent there.
