They need to have a toaster or toaster oven for that price. Also they should supply coffee for at least 2-3 dys. And they should supply filtered water for the guests in the apartment!

Short walking distance to beach and shops. The rooftop pool area is really nice. Beds are comfy. Property is clean and beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful.

People should be aware that Playa del Carmen is a party town, and if they want a good quiet night's sleep, this isn't the place to be. We personally thought it was fun, and entertaining how late the booming music played, about 3 am every night, but other people might be bothered by that. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel feels relatively new. Pool area was fantastic, so was the lobby, bar/cafeteria and the inner garden. Room albeit a bit cramped was clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable too. Good wifi. Good sized balcony. Hotel is really close to the beach, 5th Avenue, shopping malls and the pier where you take the ferries to Cozumel Island. Everything is steps away. Hotel offers underground parking area which is very, very convenient if you have a rental car. Breakfast, while not much to choose from, was tasty and well prepared. We needed a late checkout and they kindly let us use the pool area and the parking until it was time to leave.

Sadly one particular bar nearby will keep you up at night to the point that earplugs might not suffice (hence the 9 out of 10) affecting mainly the rooms towards the south end of the building. Music keeps going till 3 or 4 in the morning. There is a building under construction across the street (still not a lot of noise though - could potentially be a hassle soon), east side. It would be great if the rooftop bar was open. Some times they run out of pool towels and you need to wait (maybe stock some more of them would be ideal. View from room was nothing special.

This hotel was great the service was great the staff were very friendly. The pool felt amazing. Although construction was going on across the street you could still see the ocean from the rooftop pool. The rooms were spacious, and the private rooftop hot tub was a bonus. There was also a wet bar. Lounge chairs and a long table. Full kitchen with an oven. Washer and dryer are all great. I will recommend and return to this hotel. Also, the Bartender was great he brought the drinks up to the pool and checked on us for refills.

The construction across the street and in the hotel causes us to have to walk outside to go to the front desk.

The staff was SO wonderful!!! Really elevated the stay! Only disappointment was that the photos online look “shinier” the walls and counters could use a new coat of paint. It would be nice if the housekeeping swept the floor when they make up the room in the day

Everything was great about this property. The staff was amazing accommodating us. I rented a room for 2 adults with washer and dryer for 6 days just to use as storage for my family's luggages while we traveled to Cozumel and Palenque there was 7 of us. I also booked 2 more rooms for the rest of the family once we got back from Cozumel and Palenque. They aloud all 7 of us to go in the room and repack our backpacks with new set of clothes. They wouldn't allow this at the previous location in Puerto Juarez which I was also using it as a luggage storage when I went I to Isla Mujeres. When we got back from Palenque and went to get our other 2 rooms at Antera Hotel & Residences for the rest of the family they were able to switch those rooms with rooms with washer and dryers. Which was great because we all had a little bit over a weeks worth of dirty clothes. I was very pleased with the receptionist for accommodating us. They have security 24/7. It's close to 5th Avenue. Each room and living room has its own air conditioning it works great. It's clean and spacious.

It was fantastic! Very central, very clean and has a lovely rooftop. The best past of the hotel was the staff. They are so lovely, helpful and accommodating. The first night we were given room 101 which was super noisy but we were so tired we slept through it. But we asked for another less noisy room on the second day and they did give us one at the back which was much better. Not completely quiet but there is no such thing. It was absolutely fine though. Ivan, Pablo and Pavel were just brilliant! They made our stay so special and memorable. Thank you!

A bit of smell from the bathroom drain on and off.

Spacious apartment in a very convenient location. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom in the main room. Very well equipped kitchen. We didn't use it but it is great that there is a washing machine and a dryer. Friendly staff. We were able to keep our bags in the hotel after check out. Nice cocktails delivered to the swimming pool area and/or rooms.

The main lobby is not accessible to wheelchair users from the street. Also, no ramps in the rooftop to access the swimming pool. It's a shame that such a new building was not designed to be more inclusive. It was a bit noisy at night because of the bars in the neighborhood but it didn't bother us that much.

Location is great The stuff was friendly Rooftop terrace well equipped making it great for some off-the-beach time (jacuzzi, sunbed, chairs and tables, space for cooking outdoors) Very well equipped kitchen (big fridge, dishwasher, blender, plates etc) Comfortable bed Rooftop apartment was very spacious Walk-in wardrobe, well equipped (iron with board etc) Washing machine and dryer

- very loud all night (worth noting that it is typical for this area of Playa del Carmen, remember to carry some earplugs with you if you’re sensitive to noises when sleeping) - smell coming from the bathroom and toilet out into other rooms was really horrible. we managed to fix it by leaving the lights on (it turned the ventilators on too) and buying some air freshener.

Extremely comfortable beds. The sheets were extremely soft. Lovely reception staff who helped us book a trip to see the turtles. Nice balconies with view of the inner courtyard garden. Lots of space. Good kitchen facilities.

No hot water for most of stay. Issues with lift. One of the security guards was extremely rude because I was staying in an apartment room with two male friends — he basically made some insinuations that were very derogatory and wouldn’t let us up to the room.
