The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance of various attractions and is easy to find by car. The check-in process was excellent, and the staff member was welcoming.

The parking area was located one or two blocks from the hotel. At the hotel, we purchased a card for parking, but we were also charged an extra fee at the lot when we attempted to leave. Additionally, there was only a single thin sheet provided on the bed.

Great location in the heart of Playa, massive room, hot shower.

You are on top of a club, which does go all night (we knew this when we booked and it was fine) and we had a room directly on top, but it was very very loud. Stayed 3 nights, no cleaning of the room

The pool was refreshing. There were several common areas to sit and relax. The maids were efficient and helpful. There was a small refrigerator/cooler in the room. There was a small balcony off of my room. The room was spacious and bed was large.

There was a water cooler, but in the office rather than a common area.

The location is certainly a plus for this hotel. Another plus is an Iron in the room

The only thing i did not like was that the shower was only cold water. I left the water running for some minutes to see if the hot water will come on in the morning but nothing did happen. Had to bathe with cold water early in the morning The. Other thing is there is no parking space if you have a vehicle

The location was just perfect, near to the 5th which is really convenient

The air conditioner fails at the middle of the night but we were assigned really fast to a new room, the only thing that I did not like was that we left our belongings in the previous room and they mentioned that we could keep the key until next day but at the morning the room was open with a technician inside and all our things all over the room, we did not lost anything but was really rude.

Amazing location right off the quinta avenida, comfortable beds and nice vibes. The staff is amazing, especially Ramon at the reception who was very helpful and friendly. We had an amazing stay here and for the price it was great!

The bathroom is a bit small and sometime it took a while to get the hot water, also no hooks on the doors

Nice clean room. We had one room where we could hear the bars from the street, the other room was in the back and more quite. Very friendly staff. Parking was possible for 200 pesos. Hotel was right next to the beach and 5th Avenue.

One room to the street was very loud. Better to ask for quite room in the back.

Really nice rooms with particular style. Bed and bathroom in the room were good too. Rooms were clean and spacious. You get a good discount for having breakfast in a really nice place with really tasty food in the Quinta Avenida

Quite close to noise from the Quinta Avenida. Didn't like the open access of the entry (whoever could walk everywhere in the hotel as there are no entry/exit doors. This place has been the only hotel of Playa del Carmen and Cozumel (we have been to 3 other different ones) where you don't get any water for free. In all the other places there was always an area where you could refill your water bottle for free any moment you wanted.

The location was amazing! It was right off 5th street and close to everything you could possibly want.

The building is a little older and the rooms are very basic but that’s on par with the price.

Excellent location, rooms provide several features like freezer, security box, etc., and they are cleaned daily.

Internet is very slow. Room has TV but there is no cable service, you have to use Netflix or other service, and since internet is not good, you simple can't watch TV. Rooms on third floor are not good since there is no elevator. Pool is a bad location.
