Hidden little hotel with the Fah restaurant attached right on 5 th between 8 and 10.

When I booked just asked for a specific room and didn’t get it , however got it switch the following day. So it was inconvenient. The room was clean basic room on the new side, however got to see the room in the old section and it was larger with a little kit here, I will be booking that one when go back and very Mexican❤️Also the breakfast that was included was great at the fah restaurant. I would stay there again.

The location is great. This hotel and actually city is great for people who wants to have fun and party. The music next door is on until 3am and guests have 20% discount. If you want a quiet place, go to a resort out of the 5th Avenue. The room has a nice Mexican design, beds are comfortable, very nice balcony!

There is a problem with the drenaje so if you leave the bathroom's door opened, the smell can spread to the room, I recommend to open the window in the bathroom, close the toilet's lit and close the bathroom's door, also keep the balcony's door opened.

Location was amazing! Fah is our favourite bar & it’s at the front and services Siesta Fiesta. Breakfast was fantastic!

We knew this going in but if you don’t want to hear the band until 1:00am, either make sure you get a room farther to the back or choose another place

Great staff, beautiful scenery steps off 5th Ave. Great security gate used. Great AC, good breakfast included. Cool clean pool available. I got a great rate when I booked using Booking.com. Be sure to confirm it when checking in. First room, the bathroom was so small the shower actually sprayed on the toilet also. It was a crazy design. Staff gladly moved me. Would definitely stay there again, but only for the great rate I got. Too many options near that to settle.

The (very friendly)staff at check in didn't speak English unfortunately. (I know it's Mexico and my responsibility to comprehend them). I was charged more than double for my stay and didn't know it. The next day another (friendly, English speaking) staff member promised a refund of the difference would be seen in my account in a couple weeks. Some beds are harder than others. The live bands at the connected restaurant are SUPER LOUD and play very late as all along 5th Ave. Maybe why they supply the included breakfast in the morning. I can sleep through muffled noise, plus I brought a speaker and played white noise which helped me. Ear plugs are included on the night stand. Lol

We stayed in the apartment. Its huge. It would be a fantastic place for a family or group. Its more like a house, with 2 large bedrooms upstairs, one of which is more like an apartment of its own: 3 rooms and bathroom; another bdr downstairs with bath, plus a 3rd bath. 2 terraces, living room, big kitchen and dining room!

The kitchen was stocked but perhaps not with all you need. The hardest thing about this place is it gets ALL the sound from FAH, and neighboring construction. It was super loud until 2p, especially in the upper bedroom. We had to leave a day early because we just weren't getting any sleep and had morning activities. I've stayed downstairs, first floor, and the sound was not nearly so loud.

Great location and couldn't beat the value. Maybe it was low season in February so the room was only $45. Or maybe just a great price. The room had two comfy beds, balcony, mini fridge and nice bathroom.

Location, the price breakfast was exceptional but not many choices. Made orders not buffet style and it’s around everything

Amazing Location, room with Balcony Was Perfect, it have discounts on the restaurant. I love Playa del Carmen and I’ll be there again! hotel Siesta Fiesta is the best! Recommended totally!

Location is great and near restaurants and pubs. The restaurant is located next to the hotel and has great food. The restaurant offers discount rates for tenants.

The bathrooms need a bit of an update.

We had a room with nice balcony. Breakfast was delicious. In general it is nice hotel for young people looking for fun.

The noise from nearby bars. There is a music bar on property which is kind of nice and music can be heart from balcony. Unfortunatelly in night there is also a loud bar across the street and when combined even a closed windows wont help…
