The room is spacious with panoramic windows. My room was on the sunrise side, so I could enjoy the beautiful sunrises. The kitchen is nice and clean. The location of the building is good, 2 huge supermarkets are nearby. 10 min to the beach. Not far from the ADO station.

The Wifi in the room is very unstable. It was impossible to have both regular calls and video calls. It got disconnected every 10 minutes. Quite load in the evening because there is a restaurant on the first floor and busy street with a lot of cars. The room didn't have a kettle, the frying pan was in scratches - can't use it (but I guess you can ask for that). No elevator in the building, so you need to carry your luggage up by hands

The main thing for us (50+ couple) is that the room is a decent size (enough to have 2 cases open on the floor) nicely decorated, clean, and that we feel safe and comfortable. All boxes ticked. Great wifi. Netflix on TV. Staff great - very secure block with staff on the reception area all the time we were going in and out. Plenty of eateries nearby. Far away enough from the hustle and bustle but not too far for us. Two supermarkets just across the road.

It was 2 minutes away from Walmart and 10 minutes from 5th avenue all by walking. The receptionists, Dulce and Monica, were helpful, friendly and remembered your name. Also, the room size is big and has all the amenities mentioned in the info section. Also, there are two restaurants next to the hotel that offer authentic Mexican and Colombian cuisine.

It was a great location, a 10 minute walk to Fifth Avenue. The family oom was large enough for our family of four. Very clean and comfortable. The owner was friendly.

No major complaints, but there was a night when the music from the restaurant next door was loud. The shower was not very hot. But overall, great value for money.

Cleaning could have been a bit better. Always short if towels and sheets too small. Showers flow was very poor. Free filtered water like many hotels would be convenient and help with recycling.

The studio has everything for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated a good Internet connection. Great location, right in front of the supermarket Walmart. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleaning is provided regularly.

Unfortunately, my room on the 1st floor didn't have any view as the window faced the neighbouring building. On the other hand, I didn't have to climb too many stairs with the luggage.
