This hotel is located about a 20 min walking radius from everywhere I wanted to go to in PDC. It was just a few minutes from 5th Avenue which was great for night clubs, minutes from grocery stores and their best restaurant (El Fogon) where I ate daily and if you're a meat eater (I think the have vegetarian options but not 100% sure), you ought to try as well. There are banks and transportation nearby, even excursions do nearby pickups. The hotel itself has a lovely rooftop, rooftop bar, pools, and a kitchen with okay food. The staff are super lovely. Everyone was very kind and welcoming and very attentive. The rooms were okay, they feel a little dated but are comfortable enough. I shared a room with a friend and I wish there were more hangers and hooks to hang our clothes. Otherwise, they were cleaned well. My only real gripe about this place is the lack of drinking water. This should be a must at every accomodation.

This was my 2nd stay here... On previous comments should have noted the great ceiling fan, great window shade allowing as little or as much light as you like, desk had handy outlet and 2 USB ports, big drawers & shelves, phone on room (don't know if there's a charge for calls as some hotels do), and there were no bugs. Very good housekeeping. Helpful staff! Enjoyed the rooftop bar and terrace.

Didn't matter to me, but depending on who you are traveling with, shower privacy might be an issue, as it has glass doors and is partially open to the room. The only access to the nice pool is by ladder, which was scary and precarious but not difficult. I'm a bit afraid of water, so might not be an issue for others. In-room lighting is low...a desk lamp would help.

Clean neat room, nicely decorated, very friendly and helpful staff. Great wifi in the room and air con was v efficient. You can also pay 100 pesos per hour to check out a bit later which was really helpful. There are some great street food stands just south across the main road on C14. [FYI, I was told by a tour guide that I needed to go to the main ADO bus station for the airport bus, which is a hot 20 minute schlep given the humidity (real feel 40 degs)! However the bus then stopped at the ADO station right next to the hotel anyway, so do better research than I did! Due to current road works near the airport, it took almost 2 hrs (travelling on a Monday afternoon at end of Nov 22) to get to the terminal, so factor that in / ask when booking bus ticket.

Only tiny things really: the room facilities on booking.com mentioned a bottle of water would be provided but there wasn't one so I had to head back out to buy some. The wifi doesn't work in the reception area (but worked well in the room). And the rooftop bar was booming til quite late on the Saturday night (as it had been booked for a party) but I drowned out the noise with high air con fan!

Amazing location! Less than a ten minute walk to the beach, but far away enough that you are away from the tourist trap. Tons of local restaurants and street food. Three major stores to suffice all your needs. Collectivo stop. Just perfect. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel had every amenity you could need. Helpful and wonderful staff.

Not a bad thing, but to note that I was first assigned a room on a first floor near 30th av and we could hear the hustle and bustle of the street. For a different reason I had to switch rooms and was put on the second floor near 35th av and it was the most peaceful room. Also, if you want a blanket or beach towel, they are available, but you must go to reception and request it.

Normal, quiet and calm. Close to Walmart and ADO station. Air conditioning worked well.

I couldn't pay with a debit card, although I used it everywhere. There is no mini-fridge or blanket. The toilet took a long time to fill with water and flushed strangely. The shower head was clogged, but I simply pried each hole with my finger so that the water could flow without obstruction. But the last two cases are most likely a problem due to the quality of the water in the city's water supply, namely, a lot of lime in the water. Since before the hotel I lived in an apartment with a group of friends, I saw how much limescale remains in the pan after boiling water. But for me, these inconveniences did not cause much discomfort, so the administration can take note of this.

Location. 5 minutes to ADO station to Cancun airport and buses to Tulúm, Valladolid and Merida. 20 minute walk to Chedraui where Colectivos leave for Cenotes, Puerto Morales, Tulum, etc. Shower with hot water and great water pressure. Comfy beds. Exceptional wifi.

Windows don’t open. Chemical cleaning products. No facility to make coffee. Restaurant charged 50 pesos for a small cup of hot water to make tea. No outside good by pool area. No Sun umbrellas by pool lounges in very hot temperatures.

If you’re on a budget, this hotel is one of the best deals in town. Good location convenient to many areas in Playa and away from the noise of the 5th. Restaurants, supermarkets, beach, shopping, bus station all walking distance away. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Wifi was strong in the room. The rooftop is spacious with plenty of room for sunbathing.

Upon arrival there was a strong humid smell in the room. As the days went by it got a little better. Not sure if it has something to do with the shower not being inside separate bathroom but sort of in the hallway? In my opinion the rooms should have stronger locks with a latch inside to make them more secure. The flimsy little lock doesn’t give a lot of peace of mind, especially when the safety box is too small to fit in larger items like laptops.

A great little hotel just far enough away. from all of the hustle of 5th ave. Yet close enough to grocery stores and with a ton of great restaurants close by. Roof top pools were great, Bee Bar staff were exceptional

The only thing that we had issue with, were sheets that didn’t fit the bed properly. And the inability to get an extra pillow. (Had a king size in our room. Every other hotel gives you 4 pillows not 3.)

Perfect location near to Ado station, Walmart and the beach that everything is convenient. Nice staffs and well cleaning timely. Safe yard to park your car for free.

Air conditioner makes a lot noise that we cannot open it for too long. Windows cannot be opened so we couldn’t get fresh air. There is a noticeable smell in the toilet, and the shower room is overflowing.

the window was not possible to open and there is a big wall infront of the window, so there is no view. I missed a fridge in the room.
