Nice little hotel, close to main part of town. Room had alot of amazing amenities like a big fridge, big TV, micro, hot plate. bed and pillows were comfortable. It is suitable for a longer stay, due to table and chairs and sofa and big storage closet, except for your tolerance for dark rooms . There is parking. Very nice and friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again for a couple of nights- . The price was reasonable

We had room on main floor- the windows have to remain closed for privacy so room is dark. It might be noisy during high season if people walked by your room, but we didn't have any problems. The place in general is rather strange-- it is built around a long skinny pool. There are vines hanging from the 2nd floor which give it a jungly feel which is nice but it is also dark. Anyhow these are just some comments-

The hotel was in a great location. An easy walk to fast food, restaurants, convenience stores, the beach, and a breeze to get a taxi without asking anyone for assistance.

The bathroom needed to be updated; the sink faucet was corroded, the sink also occasionally had a smell that reminded me of sewage, and the walk-in shower appeared to have what looked like mold.

The pool area is the highlight of the hotel. It's shaded which is perfect for hot and sunny days. The room was good, had a kitchen and a lot of space. Location is good, walking distance to shops and the beach. Free private parking.

We had some issues with water pressure but the staff sorted that and moved us to a different room. Sound isolation is not ideal, but I've noticed that's the case in most hotels.

Hospitality was impressive. It was central and they gave us quick tips and feedback for our short stay. They pool design is amazing, they really made good use of available space. They let us park our car for free in their garage while we visited island of Cozumel

Room did not appear to have good ventilation

the property was well kept and the rooms were spacious and clean. Elevator that worked was a plus, garage available. Everything in the room looked new or recently refurbished. The pool was always clean, even with all the plants around. The property is about 5 blocks away from 5ta Avenida, but I don’t recommend walking there as the neighborhood didn’t look too safe, at night.

I didn’t like the purple light in the bedrooms, it stressed me, but there was the normal lighting, you just have to flick the switch a couple of times.

Pool and sauna was great, owner was very friendly and hospitable. It was in a good location for me, very central. 10 min walk to the beach, food places very close. Walmart was about 10-15 minute walk.

The pillows were pretty hard. The toilet sometimes wouldnt flush.No hair dryer but not a biggie.

This hotel feels like a cenote. Very cool vibe with a pool in the middle and vines coming down. Room had fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer for clothes. Would be excellent option for extended stay.

It was very safe with a concierge at the door for late check ins. the studios are spacious and have wifi and aircon. there’s a decent size pool and a basic gym. easy 10 min walk from ado bus station.

there was a bad smell of drain in the apartment. the gym also didn’t have AC which is not ideal.

good location, 10min walk to beach, just around the corner from restaurants. the receptionist was very nice, friendly and helpful during my stay.

There was a little too much noise with the construction in the building during the early morning hours.
