The rooms were spacious , we got a free upgrade that allowed us to use the premier club restaurants , lounges and concierge . It was fantastic! The service was outstanding. All the employees were very helpful and made our stay amazing . There was a big variety of food on the buffet . The food was ok . The beach was clean with heaps of beach beds and the water was stunning ! The room was always clean the cleaning staff were always checking on us if we needed anything .

We went to one of the restaurants where we ordered a tuna tartare and we got canned tuna 🤷🏽‍♀️. The toilet in the room was a bit dated .

Beautiful beach like i have never seen,the room very big very clean and very confortable, room service high class . The staff very nice happy and respectful . Entretainment good and cleaness of the whole area exelent. The food very good and healthy. At the beach exelent security specially sony who was alert at all time. . Richard in the buffet give a good service. Alberto in the pool area bar good service and always happy. Juan Francisco and Osvaldo at the Recepcion were always smileing and very kind .

The beach of the hotel is amazing, the room was really big and nice. The restaurants for lunch and dinner were not so amazing, but ok. The breakfast was really good and lot of variety.

All in all, the resort was fantastic. The staff was amazing, remembered us after meeting once. The food at World Cafe and La Trattoria was great! Did I mention the staff? 😊 Our room was clean and when our AC went on the fritz the first night, they were on it!! Much needed vacation at a great place! Shout out to Brian at World Cafe who got the most perfect latte for me when it was so busy, John who said hi every morning and always mentioned something we spoke about and never forgot our names! Never got the aerobics/game coordinators name but this guy was working all day and night with a smile always! And Eric- who from day one always popped up when we needed him!

We booked thru Booking.com for two people only to find out when we arrived that it was two for the room but one guest for the resort. So embarrassing when we were told at our arrival that we owed for me. The concierge that assisted us never got rattled and helped us way more than Booking.com who made us pay the additional price.

The property was well kept, very clean and easy to find restaurants, spas, other guest rooms. Well lit at night for the most part. The staff was beyond helpful and you can always find assistance if you need it. The butler service was amazing, I had Mercedes and she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect! I would definitely recommend this property it’s only 5 minute walk to the beach from your room!

The food was a disappointment. There were no authentic Dominican meals and the quality was 5/10. The juices and soda taste different than in the US, so I recommend bringing a few salt and pepper packets and juice boxes. I did venture off and found a wonderful hut near the beach who made the best meal there and maybe use 5 ingredients!

The beach area is incredible with clear tropical waters and lots of entertainment, or rest areas if you prefer. The general hotel area is very good, with several pools & bars on different locations.

Sometimes it could be a bit caotic with the requests for drinks at the buffet but the staff is really nice and work hard to please you. The rooms could use some more love in regards to cosmetic issues (basic paint jobs, old bin trays, etc)

The breakfast was always wonderful with a lot of delicious food. The waiters were attentive and helpful especially Victor and Pablito but, we don't have complain of any of them.

Bigger room, especially the closet was too small. Don't liked neither the division and the big difference between the "PREFFERD CLUB" and the rest of the guests.

The facilities of the beach was not like they shown in the pictures , they ask extra money to have acces to a deccent facilities on the beach

Breakfast at the Buffet was excellent, as good as any I've enjoyed. We live in Republica Dominicana.

We dined at three of the restaurants on location. Each of them was a terrible failure, an embarrassment to Italians, Japanese and French. We should have eaten at the buffet for each of the three meals each day.
