The size of the hotel is ideal! not too bigso you dont need to walk long to the beach, restaurants, etc.

The staff will approach you sneakily inviting you to an special breakfast and it turns out to be a commercial session in which they intend to sell you time-sharing memberships. Not nice to spend precious time of your holiday listening to a sales guy

First few rooms were very damp (sheets wet from humidity). Last room had no working a/c and was +27, but at least not damp. It takes too much time to get food in restaurants, I cannot wait 2h everytime just to have a meal

Was always so clean , the food in general are very good and good quality , the beach was the best part from my vacation, really clean and nice water , I will definitely repeat this location.

I had small issue with my private pool , the light didn’t work so I couldn’t used for 4 days , they take it so much time for fixed and I most reported several times , also a few things inside the room didn’t work properly, tv control , small light for make up and the iron , all those stuff they should check it out before renting the room they should do better about this small stuff .

This is our fifth visit, and each time I confirm how fantastic is this hotel. We always stayed in a bungalow, but now I can say the room is excellent. The friendly service from everyone at the hotel makes for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The facilities are very well maintained, the food is excellent, and the beach is always clean and organized. The people are the best: in the entertainment and company the fun and intelligent Ariel, the friendly Michael, and the lovely Shelly, supported by Iandra, Uli and everyone else (all they make me remember Chocolate); in the sea activities Wagner; in the bar, Walkie and Sammy preparing the Churchill; and on the beach, Luisa. The smiling María and Carlos (Pitbull) in the dining room were always kind. Without Santo, there are no miracles (Sin Santo no hay milagro)... Thank you, Santo, for being attentive to everything.

Overall, we found the hotel wonderful, as the staff makes your stay a pleasant one. We stayed in bungalow 4331 from June 8th to 13th. Our housekeeping, Verenise, was super friendly. The food was varied and of the highest quality; special thanks to the chef. The evening theater activities were great. The beach and the views were heavenly. A special mention goes to YOCAYRI, the waitress at the beach bar, who, with a smile and very professional service, prepared the best mojitos in the world for us every day.

The pool at the bungalow, despite the fact that they pass by to collect the garbage that falls into it, does not look hygienic. And something that I do want to refer to negatively is the EXCESSIVE staff at the front desk, at times we counted 12 people who did not even smile at you or respond when you said Good Morning. As I said, we stayed in the bungalows so we had to spend all our time in front of it and unfortunately it seems that they do not have the appropriate education or training and I would like you to value that because it is the first impression that the guest receives.

Everything. I loved the dancers and every show they did. Everyone in the hotel was very friendly with me and my family.

The people that start offering you a breakfast and gift for you to sign up to member and I don’t like that.

Good place for a getaway, the pool is great and next to the beautiful beach. The room was perfect with a good view and a great bed. The food was the best we tried in the DR.

Wouldn´t recommend the tours offered by the hotel, we got no warnings on the bad weather and it was overall not worth it, just stay at the hotel.

Food and staff are very good. Above average from other resorts. hope they keep it that way!!

The list of activities are not that precise. Sometimes they do some, sometimes they change it, and you only realize once you get there and see that nothing is happening. There were some very minor issues with the room (problems with ac, problems with private pool, lights not working, room service delays) that were solved rather quickly and with very good attitude and support, i just mention this because some people may find it annoying to be asking for fixes many times.

The location is Superb. Wisandra at the Marché Restaurant is the best hostess we have ever met. The hotel is very very clean. A good variety in restaurants.

Very very bad Wifi connection. Even a text message via WhatsApp takes sometimes a few minutes to send. A lot of power outages during the day. Warm water supply is really a problem.
