The resort was really nice, our room was in the prefect location (wasn’t too far from anything). Very kid friendly! The food was good! But there are some flaws. The spacewalker restaurant didn’t serve everything that was on the menu (the volcano ball that everybody was raving about was out) so disappointed. And some staff was racist. Example when we were in line to get ice cream at the sweetery, waiter try to serve the lady behind me and even the lady behind me said they were here first and she was a white woman. The waitress continued to serve the white lady. I noticed in Italian restaurant (Verdello) they said all the Black people at tables never said any Black people at the booths. The room in the rooms were hard to use. There was no list of numbers to front desk or house keeping. And there was an issue with my transportation coming back but that wasn’t the resort fault. That was taxlio fault. Other than that it was great!

The staff was very nice. We enjoyed the kid’s activities and the nightly shows/activities in Gourmet Village. The pools were nice and clean. My kids weren’t to interested in the nightly kid shows, but some people people seemed to really enjoy them. My family really enjoyed getting slimed at the Water Park, and participating in the pizza making class! Dominican night was a great experience also because there was local food, live music, and dancing. Having my daughters’ hair braided at the resort was such a nice touch!

Stop forcing people to do that time-share presentation!!!! They promised that my kids would get to tour Sponge Bob’s pineapple villa. Instead they roped us into a 2-hour time-share presentation. They said it would only be an hour and we would see Sponge Bob’s house.. and neither were true. We had to listen to four men try to sell us a $69,990 vacation package. They then got angry when we said “no”, and one guy said we were cheap! One of the people trying to sell us the time-share had never left the island in his life! If it’s such a great deal, how come he hasn’t bought the vacation package and traveled to their resorts??? The only benefit of their presentation is that they give you coupons for various activities.

I liked the room a lot, the bed, the TV options, the bathtub and large balcony.

The golf carts took too much time to arrive from one point to another, there should be fixed shuttles between the beach, spa, reception and kid's club. The kid's club area is way too loud, and there's not enough shade. Not ideal for tranquility and napping if needed. The service there is very slow and the food quite poor in quality (tastes like leftovers, not fresh: the frech fries super dry and guacamole smelled and tasted bad).

The property was lovely with many pools, great entertainment for the kids & adults and the water park was tons of fun for my toddler. The hotel staff was friendly and kind.

The Food!!!! For an all inclusive we were hungry too often. The room service options were not good and you couldn’t modify your food. For example if you ordered juice they list 3 flavors but you don’t get to choose. You get what they bring. We struggled daily to find for we enjoyed. The stand alone restaurant menus didn’t have options we enjoyed. Room service offered no kids menu and pool side there was no food unless you walked 5 mins away to another small pool bar to order then you have to wait as folks who paid for prestige get served first . Same at the water park food options are limited and the quality of food taste isn’t great. Not enough seating at the water park, which is weird since it’s a main attraction. Horrible beach

It was generally clean. Daily room service and overall staff kept the place neat. Nice variety of food during at the buffet. The asian styled kitchen was and option I really regret having. The other restaurants were pretty good. Once you arrive they try to sell you more stuff, room upgrades or services with the TV characters. Their kids service is limited as for the kids pool is only open until 5pm local time but the personnel announces that you must leave by 4:50pm. I believe they should extend their schedule. They have some activities for the evening like face painting, a small inflatable playground, and a dancing show. My family and I had fun but as our second time having our holidays in Punta Cana, my expectations were high but you have to set them to the standard of your stay

My room was not properly revised before my arrival. Also happened to another guest during my stay as she was directly complaining about her room not having good temperature. The managed to fix me another room but it had the shower glass leaking into the toilette. Be aware of their “members” plan.

All the amenities were awesome.

The upselling was ridiculous for things like photos. The beach being flooded by merchants is also rather annoying.

We really liked everything. The beach was awesome!! it has several pools, and the water was nice. The bar in the pool was amazing, the service was great also. We liked the food a lot! And all the activities.

We didn´t like we had to pay extra for many things I think it would be nice to have it for free considering the hotel's price. You had to pay extra to lay on the first row on the beach... extra to have breakfast with characters.

Everything of the property was good

I did not like the staff becaus they did not give good information..I ask at the concierge for a special treatment of my son birthday and they never did something..I taught that my son would meet paw patrol because it is his favorite but nothing also ..also at Nick aqua park he did not meet a single theme..

This trip was for my five year old daughter. She enoyed the trip 100%! The pajama jam and water park literally took the entire trip for her!

I think the workers need to be more diverse seeing people from all over the country visits! It would be good if they teach the workers english. I was so sad when I wanted to know something and the worker was annoyed by me asking seeing he could not understand me.
