I did not like that I booked a unit with you, and when I got to the property, they told me that that room was an additional $324.50. I was informed that " I should have booked direct"

I loved the availability of shuttle service to make movement throughout the resort very easy. The numerous swimming pools on the property and easy access to the beach were big pluses for me. I also liked how convenient it was to get to other places from the resort. My room was immaculately cleaned everyday.

I think the check-in process could have provided guests with more information. I found out there was a welcome event on Monday evenings which I wasn't told about at check-in. Also basic info like how to access beach towels etc., although highlighted in the room magazine, could be pointed out. The bed in the room was too soft for me and also I was disappointed there was no complimentary coffee or tea in the room.

These are time share apartments, both old and new. Ours was an older one bedroom. Spacious but far from modern. The best thing was that it had a balcony facing the sea. Memorable sunsets. But if we were facing away from the sea, it would have been really depressing (and many faced away from the sea). If the booking says "inner courtyard, avoid at all costs).

Being an older time share, it was rather far up the hill. Difficult to walk to. On the plus side, the property now has a regular shuttle going back and forth among the many buildings. And there are many buildings. The property is very large -- 600 or more apartments. But generally well organized and a number of good restaurants on the property. Pricey.

The breakfast at the Mexican restaurant was a big highlight. It had a lot of variety and some thing for every one; everything from fruits to cooked Mexican to sweet buns, cereal and breads. The sea and at least one pool was always close by. There were various restaurants on the grounds and close by off the grounds. The main road was close by if you wanted to take a bus to Philipsburg or Maho beach for plane spotting. But let us not forget to mention the free shuttle car around the grounds, the free welcome drink, and the beach towels that were offered.

We wished for the bathroom to be slightly cleaner than it was. There were traces of the previous guest on the toilettstool in the form of hair. Without us mentioning it, it was cleaned the day after.

The location was great! Property was immaculate clean. The convenience of the supermarket was good. The room was clean and tidy by housekeeping. Fresh towels, clean bathrooms and transportation off site.

The timeliness of the shuttles and the cleanliness of the shuttles. Laundry machines needs servicing. Machines took tokens and didn't work. Maintenance personnel took forever to come to rectify the issue.

Smoking policy is way to relax; everyone can smoke wherever they want to. No refuge for non-smokers. We sense even some questionable smoke. Where is no enforcement, there is no rule!

Check-in and check-out process quick, efficient and friendly. Room features met our needs. Matched the description as advertised and room kept well stocked during our stay. Staff at beach bar exceptional.

La Patrona for breakfast is overpriced not very good quality, worse was the service or rather the lack off. Breakfast was included in our rate otherwise we wouldn't have used it.

Checking-in was a breeze once u filled out the pre-checking form 48 hours online before your arrival, the front desk clerk was very helpful and informative about the different areas on the property.And if you driving it has parking by the rooms,the rooms are very clean and spacious with a kitchen equipped with everything, even a big fridge so u don't have a problem, the beds and very comfortable and well made, bathroom was also nice will definitely be booking again

Like the pool, although my wife fell on the wet slick tile coming out of the pool.

Did not like the room. We were there for our anivarsary and our bedroom room was facing the parking gargage. We booked one bedroom deluxe ocean view. They told us we did not specific the villa side in our booking.

The property is brilliantly managed. This is our 12th stay there in 20 years and it keeps getting better, We love the resort shuttle service and the restaurants on the property have also improved. Response to problems are handled quickly by the maintenance crew; nonfunctioning hairdryer and leaking A/C unit. The beach & pools are clean and well maintained and all the staff is unfailingly pleasant and helpful. It's the best property on the island in my estimation...
