Great location (for us) and simple check-in arrangements via the hotel next door. The apartment was clean and spacious with enough kitchen equipment for a short stay. The bed was big and comfortable with flexible heating via blown air vents. There is an IKEA just down the road and the Tivoli shopping centre 5 minutes away via the tram.

Some messages to the IIP team weren't answered within a day, i.e. request for additional pillows, but these were provided following a phone call (and then a second set also!). There wasn't anywhere to drain crockery when washed and no dish towel to dry them so we used one of the provided hand towels, which wasn't ideal. The windows have external louvered blinds but there was no way of adjusting these (remote control?) which wasn't a problem when we were there but it would be needed if it had been very sunny as you can't open the windows for ventilation.

The appartment was small, but super clean. Location was downright excellent. Sound proofing was very good resulting in a very quiet and comfortable night (Only very limited noise from the street down below (including Trams!) Close proximity to hotel was nice. They provided good help when needed. The use of the Parking garage at the Hilton hotel was a massive plus for us. The sportscar that I drive is precious to me and it could be comfortably parked in the spacious and well lit garage at the hotel at a reasonable cost. The garage is directly reachable from the appartment by the elevator in the building! No walking, no rain, no hassle, no fuss.

The room felt like the heating was on. The airconditioning didn't cool the room. So it was quite warm. The pillows were like a cloud, wisphy and not offering much support. Thicker pillows would help the otherwise comfortable bed.

My stay at IIP Apartments was absolutely fantastic. The location couldn't have been more convenient, with stores and the tram station just a stone's throw away. This made exploring incredibly easy. The management team was outstanding; they were always available to answer any questions and offered great suggestions on local attractions. Their hospitality truly made me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay. The apartment itself was modern and spacious, exactly as described. I stayed in a king studio, which was beautifully furnished and provided all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep every night. Overall, IIP Apartments exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, I highly recommend IIP Apartments for its excellent location, superb management, and comfortable accommodations. I look forward to returning on my next visit to the area.

The welcome and actually everything else. The host was more friend than manager. Srdjan, the manager, accompanied me throughout my stay. Somehow he managed to be omnipresent everywhere and solved any or all problems immediately. He made sure that his guests always felt comfortable. Thumbs up. The room itself had everything one needs, well arranged and clean and offers a homely atmosphere. The fact that public transport is right at the doorstep is definitely a plus.

I cannot think of anything to write negatively about.

The location was very good and the room was big enough and clean, the laundry room was included which was great We had an online check in which was straight forward and the staff was very helpful and quick in responding I definitely recommend the place

The room service wasn't daily, we stayed for 3 days and they never cleaned our room Also there was construction work which was a little uncomfortable and they didn't inform us about it until we got there

Great location if you are wanting to stay away from the city. Great paths to walk around near the hotel itself and easy access to fast foods/ restaurants.

The construction noise wasn’t great but the staff were apologetic regarding the situation which was helpful!

Very clean apartments. Towels, sheets etc... was available. We also had a small kitchenette and a fridge to prepare snacks. We were able to park the car in the garage below the building. Very safe.

The contruction workers started very early in the hallway which led to noise disturbance. the parking was not free of charge.

Me and my family we had a great brake at Spreitenbach and the big part is thanks to a beautiful apartment at IPP apartments, clean, modern, warm and great overall. Srdjan the employee at IIp apartments was exceptionally nice. We highly recommend this place to everyone visiting Zurich and Spreitenbach.

It was all good

I love the locación as the tram goes super close, I barely had to walk. Also I had issues with the Internet but the host solved them.The room is sofisticated.

Some specifications were not clear like that I had to buy more soap and cosmetics if I ran out of them. Also I hasn't clear what to do with the trash.

The location was good. You could easily and quickly get to the center of Zurich by tram and train. In addition, there was a good shopping center within walking distance.

The common areas were unclean. The washing machine and dryer were really dirty.
