I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Elite World Istanbul Florya and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff were exceptional, particularly Tolga, Anil, and Koray at the front desk, who were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The rooms were very comfortable and beautifully decorated, making our stay cozy and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed the facilities, especially the swimming pool. I was travelling with my mum and the staff were incredibly supportive and attentive to her needs. Their kindness and care made our stay not just enjoyable, but truly special. Thank you!

Location is great, relation manager, Mr Ozken, was very friendly and took our issues during the stay and solved them to the best he could

First night was horrible very bad room, AC was useless and very hot room all night, shower was not working, toilet had issues and dislocated. Overall first night was waste for money and lack of comfy until Mr Ozken changed the room to a better one. AC gets turned off for 3 hours between 3-6 am (to rest the system as per their claim). Breakfast was not very good and you have to ask staff plenty of times to get specific treats (kaymak) and yet get ignored.

Top level hospitality, especially Guest Relations Manager - Mr. Özkan was assisting me during my stay through WhatsApp and was very helpful in arranging my stay in the hotel. He informed me also about possible entertainment. He answered carefully and very quickly to all my questions. Spa area at hotel is fantastic- swimming pool, gym, sauna, Turkish bath. Massage service was also great. Spa area was open 7am till 10pm that was very convenient. Every day I went to the spa area before breakfast for swimming and to the gym and each evening to take massages. Room service also very good. Very delicious, fresh and healthy food for breakfast. At the Grill restaurant was also very tasty food. Hotel is very close to the top Aydin Istanbul University that I gave lectures during my stay. Great stay! Breakfast was great with good selection. Staff were excellent. In particular the ozkan yilmaz (guest relations manager) was excellent and sorted out a dinner cruise, various transport and booked a fish restaurant for us. Very efficient and couldn’t do enough for us.

The hotel does not run a fully staffed bar, even though it is advertised as such. Even to get a glass of wine early evening was hard work and the desk had to send someone to specially open up and it took quite a while. The wine was also quite expensive We gave up trying after a couple of nights

I chose this hotel for its Spa facilities. In fact, hotel guests can use dry and wet sauna, Turkish hammam, and pool for free. I paid for massage but it was great as a Thai professional was there. The reception manager gave me a good room at the highest floor, for which I was grateful. Breakfast buffet was big and diverse with one cook making fresh omelette in front of you.

The fact that it is located exactly beside the E5 highway makes this hotel vulnerable to the outside noise and cold. I was surprised to see that the windows insulation was weak enough to let the highway noise and also cold wind get in. There was also an issue with the ventilation system as the smell of cooking was penetrating into the room during lunch and dinner time.

Excellent array of choices for breakfast. Great staff in particular Kagan at the front desk.

I am enjoying my stay at elite world business and I must say that the service provided by the waiters Eren and Efe is amazing. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, they greeted me with warmth and hospitality, making me feel welcomed and right at home. Throughout my stay, Eren and Efe went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. They were always available to answer any questions I had, and no request was too big or too small for them. They constantly checked up on my well-being and provided me with any necessary assistance. They even went as far as to make special arrangements and brought me suhoor meals in my room. Their attention to detail and exceptional service truly made my stay at the hotel unforgettable. Eren and Efe were not just hotel waiters, but they were also ambassadors of Turkish hospitality. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and excellent service. If you are looking for a hotel with exceptional service, I highly recommend staying at this hotel and experiencing the amazing service provided by Eren and Efe. You will not be disappointed!

To be honest the hotel was too old and dirty ,,, carpet and towel and bed shit and toilet and bathroom and as too old and dirty and damage I didn’t like at all I was not comfortable with all this thing as a 5 star hotel ,,, only the thing I can give good rate to this hotel is location and staff ,, all staff in the hotel is as good ,kind, respectful and Want to to say thank to all staff more Mr anil ,, Mr Ferhad,, Mr Rezvan , Mr Oskan and all of the hotel staff I don’t know exactly them name

Hotel was too old ,, dirty ,, material in the room was too old ,, damage and not comfortable as a 5 star hotel I don’t suggestion this hotel for every one go for holiday and rest

The hotel was good and the service up until check out, was also good. The staff who was there the first and second day were so friendly!

Unfortunately, during check out they told me I used 2 items from the minibar, while I didn’t use anything. This made me feel like they tried to scam me. So please, if you go to this hotel, make a picture of your minibar with one of them beside you and write the name who checked it. Also they asked me what rate I would give them on booking.com. I told them between 8 or 9. The receptionist told me I have to give a 10 (and no, this was not a joke). He was really pushing it in an uncomfortable way.

My stay at Elite World Hotel was truly exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's beauty, organization, and cleanliness. The staff, from the valet to the reception and room service, were all incredibly friendly and professional, always offering top-tier service with a smile. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Ozkan, the Guest Relations Manager, who was not only kind but went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. His helpfulness made my experience even more memorable. Without a doubt, Elite World Hotel will be my first choice for any future visits to Istanbul.
