اقامتم در این هتل واقعا لذت‌بخش بود. همه‌چیز از تمیزی اتاق‌ها گرفته تا امکانات رفاهی به‌خوبی رعایت شده بود. فضای آرام و مرتب، حس راحتی و امنیت رو به آدم منتقل می‌کرد. کارکنان هتل بسیار خوش‌برخورد، مودب و کمک‌حال بودن و با روی خوش پاسخ‌گوی تمام درخواست‌ها بودن. واقعا ممنونم از تیم حرفه‌ای این مجموعه. حتماً باز هم اینجا اقامت خواهم داشت و به دیگران هم پیشنهادش می‌کنم. My stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. Everything—from the cleanliness of the rooms to the quality of the amenities—was well taken care of. The peaceful and tidy environment gave me a sense of comfort and safety. The hotel staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful, always responding to requests with a smile. It is a very peaceful and clean hotel, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are high quality and very clean, you wake up with the sound of birds in the morning, the location is central and you can walk to the beach, we will definitely visit again, thank you.

My stay at Casa Florya Suites was wonderful! The staff were amazing, so kind and helpful. The place is very comfortable and nicely located near Florya beach. Everything around was just beautiful. I’ll definitely come back.

The staff couldn’t do enough for us. The TV didn’t work so they replaced the TV. The hotel was clean and safe and had everything we needed. Great value for money

Bedroom - mouldy smell. No lights or sockets next to your bed. Light switch next to the door, had to get out of bed to switch the light off. Open space - opened in another closed space, impossible to get fresh air. Therefore it had an unpleasant smell Sofa bed broken at first but they fixed it for the 3rd night there. Very helpful staff. Bathroom - ugly but functional

Ona and Atep at the reception looked after me well, every thing was organized and take care. Ona is very friendly and helpful all good and no remarks and complaints. thanks

i only wish though bathroom was a bit bigger especially bathing area but for one person this is good enough still
