This is my third reservation in Istanbul, and it's the best one so far. Neat, clean, and quiet apartments in a gated area. The pool is beautiful and clean even in winter, although it wasn't operational; it was nicely lit. Excellent location in a quiet and cozy neighborhood. Across the street, there's a business center with shops and a food court, and a pharmacy within walking distance. The room has air conditioners and radiators. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary. Pleasant and clean furniture. The old airport is nearby, so there are always enough taxis available. The sound of planes doesn't bother at all, even though I am a light sleeper. The sea and a pleasant promenade are also within walking distance. In short, a very pleasant and cozy place. The staff is friendly and unobtrusive, always ready to help (as the property has multiple apartments managed by the same company). I will definitely book these apartments in the future!

As for drawbacks, I would probably suggest adjusting the amount of toilet paper and dishwasher tablets based on the length of stay. We bought them ourselves, but for someone else, this might be more critical.

Great location, shopping centre nearby, spacious apartment, comes with a balcony, very modern and cosy. Whenever I’m in this part of Turkey I’ll stay here for sure! Staff are very helpful, kind and welcoming

I didn’t like the fact that I could hear the neighbours. Unfortunately the walls are not soundproof. Wasn’t a major issue for us but if you’re having a conversation the people next door can hear you. Only downside. Also if you want your room serviced you have to ask it’s not something that’s done daily.

The property was fabulous, very clean and everything you would need . Very spacious aswell .

The only fault with the property and the reason I could not give it excellent overall was all down to 1 member of staff , I believe her name was Sara / Zara . On check in her attitude and customer service was disgusting, she actually threw my room key in front of me , and when I asked which room was for 3 persons - I had booked 3 separate rooms , she told me to just look !!! She wanted me to pay for an arranged transfer, that wasn’t there , so I therefore arranged another - yet she still wanted paid . At one point when the 7 of us arrived, she said I wasn’t allowed any of the rooms , or a refund on the rooms , until I paid a taxi I didn’t get in !!! However , I must admit I never seen her again , and every other member of staff was very friendly and did everything to make our stay great .

Great location, 0.9 miles from Aqua Florya mall and a couple of mins walk to flyinn Mall. Train station also at florya mall very convenient to get to the city. the property was clean and the staff extremely helpful. Staff can also speak English which was a bonus. The night guard was extremely helpful and always assisted with carrying bags or luggage to the apartment. Pool was open but very cold and was cleaned daily. property was fully equipped with everything you need. Pool access is available from all rooms.

The size of the one bedroom apartment was too small for a family of four. The bedroom was so narrow that when getting out of bed I would bang my knees on the wall and have to shuffle to get to the end of the bed. Once the sofa bed was opened their was no room at all in the living room and not much storage for clothes or hanging space. no door hooks or hangers in situ. The sofa bed was extremely hard and pillows were very uncomfortable. The mattress was also too hard but still manageable. pool could of been heated as extremely cold

The staff was very, very friendly. Starting the day with a big smile and with the question if they could do anything for you. The location perfect. The neighbourhood was friendly and quiet and it was easy to go to the city with public transport

The television didn't have channels and only few beds / chairs at the swimming pool.

Very nice staff. All of them very helpfull, quiet area, clean room, speed of internet is ok, the room the same as in picture. Thanks all of them!!!

Distance from hotel to metro is 810 m so with family it is a littlle bit hard to walk and reaching to center you need use 2 metro.

I came back for the second time in this location. Khalid is a very nice, optimistic and kind person who does his job with great pleasure and answered all my questions and requests. Everything was wonderful. Shops nearby, restaurants, even a pharmacy. After a 15-minute walk you reach the seaside, you can walk on the seafront, you can eat the fish of your choice, you can exchange euros into Turkish liras at a good exchange rate and you can visit the Florya shopping complex and Istanbul Aquarium.

Everything was amazing, it’s brand new, just two minutes from Flyinn mall and 17 minutes from Aqua Florya and train station. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would like to thank all of them.

Luxurious suites, extra comfortable, it has everything you need in a suite, very clean and the whole place perfectly designed, the staff were very friendly and kind.

Khalid at the reception is always happy to help with any inquiries or needs you might have. His fluent English makes communication smooth and efficient, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests.
