This is my second time in ROX, and again, I had an exceptional stay at ROX Hotel in Istanbul, Turkey, and I can't praise it enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel right at home. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk from the Airport Outlet Center, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was not only comfortable but also quite large, ensuring a great night's sleep. The icing on the cake was the wonderful view from my room, which added an extra layer of charm to my stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a generously sized shower with multiple shower heads. It's the little details like this that truly enhance the overall experience. Breakfast – it was a delightful spread with a wide variety of options to choose from. Whether you prefer a hearty breakfast or something lighter, they've got you covered. One standout feature of ROX Hotel is the staff. They were incredibly helpful and informative, and even when faced with tricky English questions, they'd use Google Translate to ensure I received the right answer. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is commendable. I also had the pleasure of dining at the onsite restaurant, and it didn't disappoint. The menu offered a diverse range of choices, and the quality of the food was excellent. Overall, I can't give ROX Hotel enough praise. It's a gem in Istanbul, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the receptionists were very friendly, polite and professional and helped is with all requests we had. The hotel is located on the opposite side of the Natural clinic and was ideal for us as we came for treatment. The shopping center , restaurants and cafes are within the walking distance from the hotel.

F&b staff needs a bit more of hospitality training and breakfast buffet can be better.

The room was spacious. Big comfortable bed. Location was perfect for what I needed to do in Istanbul (surgery). Staff were always very accomodating. The housekeeper Emine was the most lovely kindest lady to me. Always greeting me with hugs and kind words. She made my stay 10 times better. Nice buffet breakfast variety. I would definitely stay here again.

I would say the walls between rooms are very thin and you can hear everything happening in the next room but it was really no drama.

Staff were great! Always available and cheerful. They have an outstanding manager. Our bedroom was comfortable and they provided a cot for baby. Breakfast was delicious and diverse. Loved trying the vegetarian burguer from the restaurant menu. Definitely will recommend this hotel to family and friends 🧡

Nothing to fault

it was very spacious and had every thing you might need for a stay in a city. I came for surgery and therefore looked for hotels near to the clinic, which was really in the middle of no where. However the Rox hotel really made it all very easy for us. the staff were extremely polite and friendly, often already knowing what it is you needed/wanted without having to ask. The rooms were cleaned and beds and sheets changed daily and housekeepers very friendly and accommodating. We ate in the restaurant every day as there was so much variety and the food was delicious ! I would definitely recommend this hotel to others! We had a suit, so our room was separate from the main area, the only thing I would say is that the empty spaces could be used better… more/bigger furniture.

I liked everything! for us it was perfect.

The location is perfect, very close to the Metrobus, and the staff is excellent and cheerful, but the breakfast needs some improvement. No noise, just close the window firmly!

Lovely Hotel, loved the family suit.

In the family suit, we needed three towels for three people staying. You only supply two. Toilet rolls we had to ring reception, no spare left. Extractor fan in the bathroom did not work.

During the all time Enginbey all the time were punctual. Fast response and understandable, he became the reason for our next visit to this cozy hotel.

I like breakfast and its food, bakery is very tasty. A bed is comfortable and big. Cleaning is regular. Prices in the restaurant are reasonable.

I think the number of working sockets in the apartment is not enough. Light conditions are poor. Traffic jam is very close to the hotel and noisy.

the Hotel is far away about 40 miles from New Istunbul airport . Ataturk airport which is near to this hotel is closed now . I booked this hotel mistakenly thinking that this is near nearer to the airport so we can have night stay before returning to England . Taxi fair from IST airport is 350 Turkish currency Front room might be noisy because of heavy road traffic . our room was facing backwards but traffic noise was still there with open window but no noise when windows were close
