I booked my stay three months in advance and got a fantastic deal—great value for the price! The location was ideal: a quiet, local neighborhood with no tourists, just real Turkish life. There are plenty of affordable, authentic restaurants around, where you can enjoy a full meal and ayran for under 120 lira. Shops and cafés stay open until late (around 2 a.m.). The metro is just a few minutes’ walk away and takes you directly to the old city and major ferry terminals. From there, it’s easy to reach the Asian side or the Princes’ Islands. There's also the metrobus nearby, connecting you to the rest of the city, including the main bus terminal on the Asian side. The room was basic but had everything I needed: clean, air-conditioned, a mini-fridge, desk, tea set, and private bathroom. For the price, it was more than fair. Staff were very kind and helpful—I’m a solo female traveler and felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely come back!

Personally, I didn’t experience any real issues during my stay. On the last day, another guest (also from Italy) was rude to the staff and complained about the area and the hotel. From what I saw, his main problem was that the neighborhood was local and not touristy—something I actually appreciated. The hotel is simple and you get exactly what you pay for, so if someone is expecting luxury in a budget hotel, they might be disappointed. The only minor inconvenience was a brief power outage one evening, but it affected the entire street, not just the hotel. It wasn’t a big deal at all.

Good hotel with easy access to public transportation, including an express bus to the airport IST. There are lots of shops and cafes in a stone's throw. My room had everything you need for a short-term stay. Very friendly staff.

I'd say that the walls are rather thin. It might be a problem if you have noisy neighbours. Another problem — mosquitos. In my room, there was no net on the windows and every night I had a few blood-sucking visitors.

Nice clean room, kettle and cups to make tea. Banks and restaurants and metro station just in 5 min walking. Parking is free on the streets around, but of course it will take some time to find a place. To summarize: definitely recommend.

They don't Allow for someone to visit me in room , that's was not nice and not professional.

Very kind personal, clean and comfortable hotel that definitely cost their money, Been there 2 times and will join it again.

Hard to find parking slot for the car, but this is typical for Istanbul.

I liked everything about this hotel. The workers were amazing 👏 😍 Very lovely and kind. They helped me all the way. I have forgotten the name, Emred or something like that even ordered food for me, paid it himself and I paid him with card. He recommended certain food for me and I really enjoyed it. Thanks to you all. Muhammad my friend. The hotel is in the heart of the town surrounded by everything you can think of. I have already recommended to my friends.

There was nothing in particular I didn't like Just that my shower hole was kind of blocked and so the waste water could not drain properly. But i managed it.

actually I stay in green garden hotel for 2 weeks for business trip. it's very clean though the room is not very big. located at a busy street, near the metro station.
