Cool. Really, I recommend it. Easy to find along authentic Turkish streets. The park is nearby, you can relax in the evening. There is a beautiful mosque nearby. The mule can be heard even behind closed windows and sings beautifully. Really native Türkiye. The staff is respectful, many speak and understand Russian, Bulgarian and English. The lobby is beautiful, you can drink coffee on soft sofas, the stuff is very friendly, there were no questions. When we arrived, we were treated with real Turkish tea for free. The room is excellent, everything is there. The bath and toilet are normal, comfortable, everything there is what you need. Kitchen with refrigerator and kettle and complimentary tea, coffee, sugar from the host. Double bed plus a single bed for a child. The linen is clean, there are plenty of towels as expected. I was surprised that there were no cutlery. I went down to the reception, they brought everything - plates, forks, knives, spoons, they offered frying pans and pots. There is a mini market 2 meters away, across the street and on the next street there are plenty of them. Traditional baked goods are delicious, everything is nearby. Parking is difficult but solvable. 20 minutes is a huge supermarket and hardware store, this hotel is close to the Janibosna metro station, local buses and metrobuses. We were satisfied. I recommend it. We left satisfied.

Muhammat was really helpful, the fact he speeks also arabic was very helpful the location is good, it is far from the center, but the hotel is close to metro and metrobus stations and you can easily reach the Heart of istanbul. the neighborhood is very safe, there is a lot of shops and restaurants, Serinevler meydan is close and vibrant

Just avoid room number 601, called family room. it was the first room i booked for it's backyard, but the surprise was that the staff can enter the room from outside. we were surprised to see that someone from the staff had accidentally entered the room to fix something without asking for permission. after this incident we asked a room change. the other rooms are great no worries but just avoid the family room number 601

I am impressed by the staff, especially Sardarr. He went out of his way to ensure that we had the required things arranged for our baby. Our stay was for just 1 night in Turkey but I can surely say that I was impressed by the Turkish hospitality because of the staff.

the wifi signals didn't reach the bedroom of the suite.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything matched the description perfectly, and there were no unpleasant surprises. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always available when we needed anything. Their attention to detail and warm attitude made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we felt very comfortable in our room. It’s clear that the team here takes pride in what they do.

Receptionists are very friendly, useful and ready to help you with anything from good place to eat to where to go. For my purpose of visit, hotel was good located and all required facilities are available nearby. Room equipped with washing machine - perfect for longer stay. Standard Turkish breakfast with eggs and vegetables was OK + very good Turkish coffee and tea. Prepared very fast, fresh and equals to its price. In general, all good.

Matrasses at the bed were quite outdated and bed sheets are in time to be replaced. A lot of people are heavy smokers at this area and same they do at the hotels and in the bed, however, it applies to all or most of hotels there, especially at this price range.

The location of the hotel is great. The team working at the hotel is a great team of four people that I had contact with throughout my stay, they are Ali, Atabek, Muhammad, and Cesur. They really serve the customer. In every sense of the word. I thank them all. They served me throughout my stay at the hotel. Thank you very much again.

There was an Iranian receptionist there who helped us a lot. there were two air conditioning system for room, and for the living room. it was 50 m2 as stated.

there was a door which separated our room from a neighboring room. we could clearly hear their voices. it was annoying. I mean, between our rooms was not all wall. There was a cooking heater, and a sink but no kitchen-ware. no dishes, no pots and saucepan.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, they helped a lot immediately if we needed something. We were fully satisfied of the hotel’s neighbourhood, calm and friendly, we felt fully safe there.

The location was close to transport and had very convenient shops and convenience stores around—could easily get breakfast and a variety of dining at all hours. The staff was fantastic for any question and very helpful.

The heating was difficult to turn down, though I suppose visiting in winter they preferred this to having too little heat!

Great value with lots of places to get a bite to eat and little clothing shops nearby. Close to a metro stop, although we didn't use it. Good coffee shops for breakfast in the nearby principal commercial street.

Breakfast wasn't great, though this staff was excellent, cheery and helpful. Room is cleaned only on request, but we didn't spend much time in the room—the location is farther away from the principal sights. My room safe was locked from a previous guest and we couldn't get it open.
