All of the staff were amazing I have never travelled solo before and this was the perfect place to go. The staff went over and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. I had a welcome letter waiting for me in my room, I had fruits and water. Oh I just love the hotel and staff and will be making this my go to hotel from now on when I visit Istanbul. From needing a transfer to take me shopping and even just getting advice from the staff was 10/10 thank you for making my stay safe and comfortable!

The only thing I didn’t like is that I couldn’t stay longer I wasn’t able to extend my flight as I had to come home. I wish I could have stayed longer. But there was nothing that I didn’t like the hotel and staff was 10/10

The rooms were so clean and spotless, staff were also very kind and helpful. Rooms are well-equipped and hospitality was 10/10

There was no hot water in the showers at night or early in the morning. For someone who takes showers with really hot water, this was not ideal. Also, the price for the breakfast I think could be better for the price charged. Location was not ideal as you need a taxi to most places as its on the road on the highway. If you are young, there is a metro stop a few mins walk away.

I recently stayed at Bricks Hotel while recuperating from nose surgery, and it was nothing short of perfect. The rooms were amazing - clean and incredibly comfy beds. The staff was super friendly and took excellent care of me. What's more, their 24/7 service, including ice delivery, made my recovery easier. The food at the hotel's restaurant was fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced. The location was spot-on for me, with my doctor's clinic at Atakoy Towers just a 5-minute walk away and Memorial Hospital within 10 to 15 minutes on foot. Everything I needed was close by. In a nutshell, Bricks Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone recovering from surgery. With great rooms, friendly staff, 24/7 service, delicious food, and a convenient location, it gets a well-deserved 5/5 stars from me. Highly recommended!

We booked two rooms double for 2 people. Once we arrived to the hotel, the receiptionnist told us the two rooms are single 1 person I showed him our booking on booking.com showing two people then said we only received for one person and asked me to pay extra. Finally after debating he asked his manager who accepts at end. But after he stressed me too much.

The staff are beyond great, they are very helpful and will support you in anything you need on all levels! The room was spacious and comfortable, cleanliness was top notch!

Breakfast would require a little more variety in terms of the Turkish pastries and freshness! A burek option would be of great added value! ☺️

If you are traveling for work, the hotel is very good. I was for the Hardware fair and the hotel was just 10min away with taxi. If you're a tourist, I don't reccomend because there are no tourist attractions around and the nearest is 25min drive with car. Avoid Taxis with any cost, or if you find one, always ask for taxi meter, otherwise you will be discussing in Turkish for the price.

The wifi was not that strong, but It could be better. As soon as you go out outside the hall it gets lost. Anyways, everything else was tottally fine and I enjoyed the stay.

Nice large room with good bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities and fresh fruit provided Staff very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast and super good coffee shop / bistro connected to the hotel, with easy access via hotel lobby.

It is located on a major road and the noise carries into the street facing rooms. If this is an issue then make sure to ask for a room with back road view.

It is difficult to explain what I liked in this hotel. Actually, I liked everything; I just felt pity that I did not manage to enjoy their spa. I must mention that the hotel management confirmed my very late check out (around 15.00) without any additional charge! Such a service you won't find easily anywhere around the world.

As I have mentioned in the above space, there is nothing I didn't like, So, starting from staff, location, access, everything was great. Perhaps the price could be slightly less, considering they do not have an indoor pool.

Very comfortable room, clean and light, corresponds to the pictures. Late check-in is available . Friendly staff, good breakfast.

The room was on the low floor with the windows on the street with traffic. So, the noise from the traffic was heard in the room. Will keep that in mind when booking the room next time in the Hotel.
