Good variety for breakfast (eggs, soup, vegan options, deserts, fruit, cereal + milk, meats). Very friendly reception staff and breakfast waiters. In-location Starbucks coffee. Good wifi in rooms. Walking distance, very close to Istanbul Fuar Merkezi for conferences!

At the 16th floor there was a lot of wind, and since the windows on the hallway weren't fully closed, it sometimes got noisy. Wind noise in room too, right window wasn't perfectly closeable. Water was either hot or cold and average shower pressure.

I stayed at WOW Airport Hotel for one night during a Conference that took place in the WOW Convention Center which is in the middle of the twin tower hotels. The room was really spacious and clean with a view with many compliments (water, tea, coffee). The staff was fiendly and kind. They helped me with my luggages, late check-out and storage for free. Also, in the out area of the hotel there are restaurants and fast-food while inside the hotel there is a Starbucks cafe and restaurant. The hotel is easily and quickly accessible by taxi from the new Istanbul Airport (IST) in the north. The hotel is ideal and safe in case there is an event closely but is far away from Istanbul down (old) town. Of course, there is a metro station (line M1A) near to the hotel and cheap taxi. I cannot express my opinion about the provided breakfast because I did not taste it (but I tasted the cakes and coffee at the Convention Center and they were good).

While I booked in a fixed price in EUR, finally I was charged in TL as well as with variable currency change cost in my credit card. The final over-head was about 4,5 EUR. This would not have been happened if the charge in my credit card was directly/exclusively in EUR. Unfortunately, either booking.com did not help me nor the hotel :-( The WOW Airport hotel is a 4-star hotel and actually I got misunderstood when I entered at WOW Istanbul hotel which is a 5-star (It seems that there is an actual great difference). I feel that the price seems somehow expensive for the overall value-for-money.

Breakfast was OK, coffee poor though, room was spacious and comfort with lots of amendment, location very convenient to the CNR expo center. Parking excellent and safe. Security is also high for good. Also local Mall with great selection of food and shopping arcade

Breakfast could be better with coffee and real juices. Taxi is a bit problem cause they don't come fast when reception ask. You can use Metro bus though.

The main reason i choose this hotel was the location to Istanbul exhibition halls, the rooms are really nice, furniture is a bit old, but still in good condition though, the staff are extra nice, i had a rental car, there's a free parking (just ask the receipt to give you a paper to exit the parking without paying. Breakfast was GREAT with so many variety, even the breakfast dishes changes everyday you won't get board of the same food everyday! There's a nice mall close to the hotel (AirPort Outlet) All in all it's a great hotel, close the exhibition, the connected rooms are very great choice for families with kids.

The reason for giving my stars rating are basically because: 1- Room service are VERY slow in responding, we ordered some food it took them a while to bring it on, it was not that much tasty. 2- The whole hotel is centrally heated to a level which you really take off your clothes inside the room while it's 8 degrees outside and yet you still feel hot, yes HOT! you can not control this as it is centralized, you can not turn on the AC because again the whole hotel is centralized !

Great location if you visit local fair - only 5 minutes walking. Othewise it is quite far away from the city center with almost no restaurants nearby. Breakfast was rich with a lot of options to choose from, coffee could be stronger :)

Location is good for fair. İfm just 1 min by walk. Room is big enough. Lobby restaurant have nice food. Bed is big and comfortable. Generally hotel is nice and comfortable. Staff is kind and helpful.

Need renovation, furniture getting older. car park entrance have stairs. So uncomfortable for baby stroller.

I had issues with my room - the hotel people moved me straight away to a better room. I had issues with a taxi driver ripping me off - the hotel people sorted out the issue straight away. Room was great, hotel was great but the staff were exceptional

I liked the size of the rooms. The cleanliness of the entire room. The staff understood English and satisfied my needs without errors. The breakfast was well planned too, with a good selection of hot and cold foods and cereals.

I did not like the fact that it would take 40 minutes at least to get to the old town for shopping, and for me personally, it would be too tiring for an evening out. Nevertheless, this trip was strictly for business and that is exactly why I chose the WOW Airport Hotel.

Perfect location to visit the exhibition.

Coffee is not good for breakfast, if you are 30 mins before breakfast is finished some things are gone, like croissants.

Everything was perfect. We were delighted with the room layout and speed of the elevator. It was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly.

Our taxi left us in front of a wrong WOW Istanbul hotel (the one 50 meters away) and the staff od that hotel were extremely rude to us, but that has absolutely nothing to do with the Wow Airport hotel and their amazing and friendly staff.
