The hotel itself is very nice, clean and spacious. Our room was very spacious and balcony looked out onto the seafront. The beach is on the doorstep. There’s lots of local shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk away and there’s a very nice mall less than 5 minutes walk which has a huge range of shopping and food options. The train station is also a 5-minute walk which is just 4 stops from the lively Bakirkoy and 9 stops from the very central Sirkeci. Genuinely the best thing about the whole stay was our experiences with the staff. Every single one was so friendly and helpful. I wish I could name them all for credit but I don’t remember every name. The ones I will are Emine in housekeeping, Meltem & Gulsah in reception, Pinar & Yusuf who were everywhere! If we visit Istanbul again we will definitely look to book here again!

Likes: The staff were all very helpful and friendly with a good command of English. Our room was spacious though the bathroom a little cramped. The shower was spacious with good water pressure. The bed linen and towels were of high quality. The bed mattress was firm and comfortable, though the duvet cover was not wide enough! The room was cleaned well each day. The restaurant provided good quality meals. Spacious underground car parking. Dislikes: The external area, below many of the rooms, leading to the swimming pool had loud speakers playing music 24/7! Often it was loud (06.00hrs the first morning!) and impossible to leave our bedroom window ajar at night due to the noise. Since there waa not one person in that area at any time it was hard to understand the necessity of any music whatsoever let alone non stop. The reception staff seemed oblivious to our concerns or the fact that music was being played! The gym area had a rule that we should wear trainers in that area. We explained practising yoga or pilates does not require trainers! The problem was resolved with a compromise that we practised our exercises in an adjacent room to the gym. The unpleasant episode could have been avoided however with some common sense and greater understanding.

I loved the location as it right in front of an astonishing sea view. it was super clean, the room was spacious, and the rates were very reasonable and absolutley worth the value of money. what i liked the most is the staff friendliness, I was reading a book and left it in the room, after the room makeup, the housekeeping attendant left a book mark by crown plaza which was a lovely touch and it showd her attention to details. sadly I forgot her name but I was staying in room 2122 from 30th of april.

Good hotel for the area. Rooms are spacious. The only disappointment really was the breakfast, for an extra 20 Euro per person, it should be to another standard.

A clean hotel with friendly staff who helped sterilize baby bottles daily. The breakfast selection is good, and the indoor pool is spacious and well-maintained. Convenient location for taxis, easily available at the nearby mall with meters used.

The restaurant is severely overpriced. Nearby restaurants close at 10 PM, which is odd for a resort hotel, making it hard to find food or shisha after that time. The breakfast restaurant is excellent, but the lounge restaurant is overpriced. They didn’t allow us to play cards, citing gambling laws, even though we clarified we weren't gambling and the police confirmed playing cards isn't illegal unless money is involved.

The reception staff were sooo supportive and kind. It feels good when you are warmly welcomed after a long flight. We were lucky to be welcomed by Mr. Gorkem and he was soo kind and supportive. He offered us a free upgrade and access to club lounge. We were given the best view room which was wonderful. The hotel is like a mini bodrum style resorts its worth to visit if you need a break. The view makes you relax from everything. Easy access to everything (food, mall, aquarium, beach..etc). And the best was their VIP massage room. You have to try it if you visit this hotel!

First we had an issue with a cleaner she was not very willing to do a proper cleaning but after offering her a tip she did her job well.
