Very clean, facilities very good, limited options during breakfast but still very good, location was good and convenient. We loved the balcony and the view

They tried to charge my credit card two hours after I had checked-out and left the hotel!!! They tried to charge my credit card twice. Not informing me, not showing any invoice! Luckily my bank didn’t consent on the transaction. I had not used anything payable!!! After the rejection, they contacted me and asked for almost 50$ for a condom and a wine!!! I had stayed one night with my 8-years old kid. Just to be on the safe side, pay the deposit in cash. I hope there has been a big misunderstanding between the cleaning team and the front desk, and nothing else. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a truly wonderful stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a perfect location by the sea and excellent facilities, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional service we received. A special thank you to Meltem, Yousef, and Ismail—your kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference. From the moment we arrived, you made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Whether it was offering helpful tips, ensuring our comfort, or assisting with our needs, your support was truly appreciated. Thanks to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul!

The hotel itself is very nice, clean and spacious. Our room was very spacious and balcony looked out onto the seafront. The beach is on the doorstep. There’s lots of local shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk away and there’s a very nice mall less than 5 minutes walk which has a huge range of shopping and food options. The train station is also a 5-minute walk which is just 4 stops from the lively Bakirkoy and 9 stops from the very central Sirkeci. Genuinely the best thing about the whole stay was our experiences with the staff. Every single one was so friendly and helpful. I wish I could name them all for credit but I don’t remember every name. The ones I will are Emine in housekeeping, Meltem & Gulsah in reception, Pinar & Yusuf who were everywhere! If we visit Istanbul again we will definitely look to book here again!

Likes: The staff were all very helpful and friendly with a good command of English. Our room was spacious though the bathroom a little cramped. The shower was spacious with good water pressure. The bed linen and towels were of high quality. The bed mattress was firm and comfortable, though the duvet cover was not wide enough! The room was cleaned well each day. The restaurant provided good quality meals. Spacious underground car parking. Dislikes: The external area, below many of the rooms, leading to the swimming pool had loud speakers playing music 24/7! Often it was loud (06.00hrs the first morning!) and impossible to leave our bedroom window ajar at night due to the noise. Since there waa not one person in that area at any time it was hard to understand the necessity of any music whatsoever let alone non stop. The reception staff seemed oblivious to our concerns or the fact that music was being played! The gym area had a rule that we should wear trainers in that area. We explained practising yoga or pilates does not require trainers! The problem was resolved with a compromise that we practised our exercises in an adjacent room to the gym. The unpleasant episode could have been avoided however with some common sense and greater understanding.

I love the hotel, location, and how attentive the staff is . The attention to detail is amazing. They definitely look after you so well . We didn't even ask for the room with a view, still got a beautiful see and pool view.

You were not allowed to play any card games , including Uno , around the pool or any public areas, which I believe is not the hotel's own decision but because of the gambling ban in Turkey , still it is too intense even with your children you can't play Uno. Staff was lovely, though.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room 2312 was always spotless thanks to Nurcan – she did an amazing job keeping everything clean and tidy. Eda in the kitchen was also fantastic – the food was great and she always made sure everything was ready on time. Yusuf at the reception was incredibly helpful – he organized our birthday celebrations perfectly and assisted us with taxis and all kinds of questions during our stay. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The location of the hotel was nice, staff were professional and friendly, there was a free parking and the hotel has nice sea view

The hotel management will need to improve the housekeeping (room cleaning). Housekeeping staff changed towels and oranized the bed everyday but there was no deep daily cleaning. For example, a glass I used to drink some milk stayed uncleaned for the duration of our stay. Also, the shower gell finished but it was not refilled until we checked out. I extened our stay for three more nights but the rate was hight compared to the reserved room.

I loved the location as it right in front of an astonishing sea view. it was super clean, the room was spacious, and the rates were very reasonable and absolutley worth the value of money. what i liked the most is the staff friendliness, I was reading a book and left it in the room, after the room makeup, the housekeeping attendant left a book mark by crown plaza which was a lovely touch and it showd her attention to details. sadly I forgot her name but I was staying in room 2122 from 30th of april.
